Easy shopping, trees arrived quickly, with leaves and potted. Will see what happens next spring.

I wasn't sure about buying a tree online and having it delivered in a box. But, other than some of the pot filler spilling out in the bag, it was fine! Looks healthy... Only been a month... hope it grows up beautiful and healthy with my TLC.

The replacement process was seamless, the representatives were absolutely knowledgeable while concerned about the plant health while giving advise to see if the plant may still be saved after being planted in the soil. I was truly happy after receiving a new plant at no cost which was by far better shipped, not damaged during handling, and the ship date was set up for a cooler part of the year which appears to make a world of difference, because the new replacement plant is now doing very well. It seems there is a shortage of lime trees available. Thankfully, the system at FGT has a way to notify me when they were available so I didn't miss out. Very helpful and efficient. Great experience...

Received 3 Dwarf Ginkgo Mariken plants. Two in one box came damaged. Fast Growing Trees promptly sent replacements. All are now happily planted & mulched. These ginkgos will give us great pleasure to watch as they slowly grow in our beautiful 4 season perennial borders!

Except for FedEx fiasco, the tree arrive, survived, took the planting well, weathered the latest storm, and put out new leaves!

I could have bought a tree for about $100 less at the local nursery. I was expecting a much fuller tree and much taller. What I got was laughable.

Still wish that I can have my citrus tree. I ordered four trees, out of the four, one of them appeared to be in bad condition. It was the papaya tree. I planted it hoping to see some type of recovery, so far nothing. I contacted FGT, and they instructed me on how to go about replacing. Have to go on their website, take a picture and email them. I have to say, I am very happy with their customer service. Very friendly personnel.

A very good experience overall! We ordered over 15 plants which arrived within three days! With only one exception the plants looked great. As for that one, after a couple days it was really struggling and after sending a couple of pictures along with a real nice phone call a replacement was sent right away. That level of customer service is what it is all about!

Can't recommend as we have yet to receive the tree we ordered, even though it was due to us several weeks ago.

This is my second order from this site, and my third order is on it's way! I have been able to create my dream garden with their products and I am extremely pleased with the quality of the plants and how fast they arrive.

Well the people were great, warranty great, but unfortunately either fed-ex dropped the ball, or FastGrowingTrees.com needs to come up with different shipping boxes, First order of 2 tree's broke in half on arrival, FastGrowingTrees.com replacement order also broke in half on arrival, so we just decided on a refund of our money, I'm in Minnesota, so maybe people a little closer to FastGrowingTrees.com orchard might have better luck.

We ordered Norway spruce an Austrian pine for a end break. (3-4 footers) All trees arrived looking very healthy and all the pots were moist and wrapped. Planted over a couple of days, watering per instructions and all are looking good
