We recently lost a dear friend and wanted to send something unique and special to his wife. We decided on a Christmas Palm, as our friend adored Christmas. The girl I spoke with was so helpful and kind and even included a message with our order. Our friend said the tree was beautiful and packaged so well.

I have to admit I was a little skeptical about ordering trees shipped fed ex, in boxes. I placed an order for 3 trees that arrived in less than a week and looked very healthy. I was happy with the service so placed an order for 1 more tree, paying more for the largest size available. It arrived, again, in less than a week, but was broken in half in the box. I called customer service and was told i'd need to send pictures, and should hear back in 24hrs, and if I didn't hear anything to call again. I received an email in less than 2hrs that a replacement would be on the way, and an apology for any inconvenience. This is the way customer service should be. The replacement was at my door in a few days well packed and healthy looking. All trees are planted and doing well so far. I'll be ordering from this company again for sure.

We ordered 12 Nellie Stevens and oak leaf Holly trees and one of the five boxes was lost in the FedEx system. Three replacement trees were sent out immediately. We followed up by buying six more. The trees were well packed are all healthy and thriving in their new locations. Highly recommended!
I have used FastGrowingTrees.com several times to send trees/plants to family and friends as sympathy gifts. The site is easy to use and provides choices in the correct growing zones. The last time I spoke with a representative over the phone and he was knowledgeable and friendly. The products have all arrived at various locations all over the US in good condition.
Our Japanese ivory silk lilac tree arrived with hardly any leaves on it and the leaves that were on it were not very green and dying
FedEx totally destroyed my order. Fast Growing Plants replaced it immediately. They replaced it again when the replacement plant arrived in even worse condition. The third plant arrived intact and is happily adjusting to its new home. I will order from them again.
I purchased two avocado trees about a month ago, both arrived in great shape, very well packaged, but one immediately started to wither. I repotted it and kept a close eye on it and it just continued to die. I contacted support and they immediately sent me a new tree. The only reason for a 4-star satisfaction rating was that the original tree had its roots over-pruned which caused it to wither. Their service and willingness to help out is superb.

I wanted four Italian plum trees. I was surprised to find FastGrowingTrees receiving orders at 7:00 pm, EDT. I was given free shipment. It took six days for them to arrive. Since they are planted in late September, we will have to wait until next August to report on production.
The was out of the box... the root was not covered... I hope it lives... I planted it within minutes after I got it. Very disappointed on how small it was... was told 3 to 4 ft tall... not true at all... I wouldnt recommend this tree... im done!

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
