I needed an extra hydrangea at a vacation home. I chose the Endless Summer hydrangea. It is a good time to plant but I think most people get their hug rangers in the spring. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to find a nice bush but it came promptly and it was very healthy. It is doing superbly!
When looking for a wider range of options that can be delivered relatively quickly, I go to Fast Growing Trees. Several trees that I bought from them last year are doing very well, and there is no reason to expect otherwise from the latest purchases. They were quick to correct a problem when one box of my initial shipment went missing. Sent out a replacement right away without any hassle.

We purchased a Bloodgood Japanese Maple tree. The ordering process was simple and the tree arrived within the expected time. We did discover when we opened it that the box the tree was shipped in had at some point been stood on end and upside down. This caused the tree roots to fall out of the pot and dirt scattered throughout the box. The box was clearly marked that it should be laid flat. We realized that this was most likely the fault of the shipping company and not the fault of FastGrowing Trees. However, the tree and roots did not appear damaged. I called FastGrowing Trees to report the incident and the person I spoke with apologized and was very helpful. I told him the tree did not seem damaged and we would plant it. He told me if it was not thriving in two weeks FastGrowing Trees would take care of us. It's been a few weeks now and our tree appears to be doing fine. I am pleased with this company and would purchase from them again.
I've had great success with planting trees from fastgrowingtrees.com. They arrive well-packed and healthy, and so far have been doing great where I planted them.
I was very excited about the arrival of my 2 banana trees, 7ft strawberry tree and lychee tree.
I have been growing tropical fruit trees for 15 years and this was the first time I bought trees online. I do not recommend it.
The trees arrived so shocked they were a poor sight to unpack. Shipping is very stressful on trees but i was even more shocked to discover how much of the roots were removed to fit it in smaller containers, especially the 7ft tree. I'm assuming this is done for cheaper shipping?
After 2 weeks of trying to nurse them back to health,. 3 of the 4 trees are simply dead. The lychee tree is not dead but it's really struggling. Still. Support your local growers, pick your own trees and don't put the trees though the stress of shipping especially tall ones. Customer service was very good. I was refunded after proof of pictures. However, this experience was very wasteful of my time prepping for the trees

I ordered two Ruby Falls Redbud trees and upon arrival discovered that one of them was unacceptable, which was immediately rectified by the excellent customer service by sending me a replacement tree. Unfortunately, that tree, too, arrived damaged and, again, customer service offered to send me still another tree or discount my purchase, I chose the discount, as I had by that time lost confidence in the product.

The bushes arrived when promised with instructions. They are living happily in our yard!
Products delivered damaged…dead…customer service refused refund and demanded shipping back 6 trees and a restocking fee to consider refund. We ended up getting healthy trees from a local nurserfor cheaper. Online pictures are deceiving and not at all what was delivered.

Trees arrived in good condition. I planted them the same day as received. I followed the planting directions and used the Fast Grow product to put around the roots. I water them twice a week. So far they are doing well.
The trees arrived quickly. I was a little concerned about one of them so I called customer service. The woman who spoke to me was very helpful and both my fog trees seem to have settled into the ground nicely.
Too some three weeks for tree to arrive. Shipping issues. Not sure the tree survived the long trip, however, Fast Growing Trees offered a replacement free of charge.

Their site is easy to use. I was shocked how fast shipping was. The tree came securely packaged. The height was as advertised. I needed to ask a question and customer service responded quickly.
We found the planting instructions helpful, and the bushes seem to be doing well. I will, say that I could tell that the bushes were in better shape when they left the grower than they were when they arrived, The shipper literally threw them on the porch, and the box was pretty beat up. The plants were large and leafy, but with many broken branches. After two weeks in the ground, they are doing just fine.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
