Their site is easy to use. I was shocked how fast shipping was. The tree came securely packaged. The height was as advertised. I needed to ask a question and customer service responded quickly.

We found the planting instructions helpful, and the bushes seem to be doing well. I will, say that I could tell that the bushes were in better shape when they left the grower than they were when they arrived, The shipper literally threw them on the porch, and the box was pretty beat up. The plants were large and leafy, but with many broken branches. After two weeks in the ground, they are doing just fine.

Ordered two wisteria vines. When they arrived they were wilted with yellowing leaves. Planted them immediately, watered thoroughly and applied a transplant shock solution according to product directions. It is late in the season, so hoping they will survive and grow in the spring.

We loved receiving our 3 bushes. We weren't sure how they would be delivered, but they were in great shape when they arrived quickly!

We purchased two of the above mentioned willows a couple of years ago and are very happy with their progress. That original purchase of 5' saplings has resulted in two beauties at least 15' high today, rapidly bushing out. We purchased an additional hybrid willow a couple of weeks ago and it arrived in excellent condition.

Our pink dogwood is beautiful. We are sure it is enjoying being here with us.

I was dubious after having a terrible experience with a competitor (The Tree Center-terrible BTW), but went ahead and ordered 2 dwarf Alberta Pines and Berry Bush. My pines came just beautiful! Note: use the chat to ask the shipping size of plant to make sure it is size you want! But my Berry came in awful condition. I just went to the chat and expressed my concerned, after send a requested photo, I was quickly agreed with and a new one sent out. My replacement came in BEAUTIFUL condition! Very pleased! Great customer service unlike The Tree Center.

FGT sent me wrong replacement trees. FGT wouldn't do anything, wouldn't honor warranty I purchased. Rude customer service.

Delivered as promised - trees have only been here two weeks, so we can't comment on them yet. They did arrive in great shape.

Smaller plants and shrubs have to be packaged better. The trees that r 4 foot tall r done well. Get them shipped at different times, the smaller plants r put in the box and r damaged because they r able to move back and forth and cause damage to the bigger trees by breaking smaller limbs and breaking off leaves.

Will order again! Secured plants, excellent delivery. On time.

I've purchased several trees, bushes from Fast Growing.
Rarely have I needed to connect with the company and when I have; the response was quick.
My latest purchase (Coral Maple) was showing possible signs of problems. I reached out, sent photos and no response. I certainly expected better service.

We bought two Kwanzan Cherry Blossom trees and they arrived in the most protective packaging I've seen any company use. The trees did appear to be stressed and have some shot disease on the leaves but as soon as I got them planted a week later they are going strong! Just a little patients and your plants will be growing strong! I added the organic planting mix with root growth stimulator and the Root Rocket packet to each of the trees.

The shrubs arrived later than expected and they were dry, especially the larger of the two.

We have taken great care in planting, feeding and watering so come spring we should have a better idea.

I recently bought a home and needed to do landscaping. I found fast growing trees and have purchased arborvitae, rose of Sharon, fire bushes, banana plant, and ornamental grasses. Everything arrived looking healthy and great except one plant, the banana plant had its leaves broken. However, their customer service was helpful and they are sending out another replacement tree. So far everything looks happy and healthy and will know more in the spring. Highly recommend Fast Growing Trees!

I have been purchasing plants and trees from fast growing trees for close to a year now, and I have been so satisfied with how each plant and tree arrived and they all look great!
