We bought two Kwanzan Cherry Blossom trees and they arrived in the most protective packaging I've seen any company use. The trees did appear to be stressed and have some shot disease on the leaves but as soon as I got them planted a week later they are going strong! Just a little patients and your plants will be growing strong! I added the organic planting mix with root growth stimulator and the Root Rocket packet to each of the trees.

The shrubs arrived later than expected and they were dry, especially the larger of the two.

We have taken great care in planting, feeding and watering so come spring we should have a better idea.

I recently bought a home and needed to do landscaping. I found fast growing trees and have purchased arborvitae, rose of Sharon, fire bushes, banana plant, and ornamental grasses. Everything arrived looking healthy and great except one plant, the banana plant had its leaves broken. However, their customer service was helpful and they are sending out another replacement tree. So far everything looks happy and healthy and will know more in the spring. Highly recommend Fast Growing Trees!

I have been purchasing plants and trees from fast growing trees for close to a year now, and I have been so satisfied with how each plant and tree arrived and they all look great!

We decided we wanted a few privacy trees for our property & ordered five Leland Cypress 1-2 ft tall trees from Elvis over the phone. We were told they'd arrive sooner than they did - but they shipped out in two to three days, then rode in the truck for about ten days - we're a long way from their facility... I ended up calling because I was concerned the trees would be damaged in that time, but they arrived & they were FAB & so healthy... we watered them in their little provided pots & planted them as directed... we are happy!

I was very upset with the tree I ordered. I bought the bigger one thinking I was gonna get a great tree. I got a few branches or I should say like two or three stems. Not a tree. They describe it as a tree not a small bush. Even the picture shows a tree. I'm very disappointed because I spent well over one hundred dollars for this.

Pleasantly suprised at the quick response to my inquiry.

My tree showed up in good shape, but the plant I purchased wilted the next day and never recovered.

Received very poor excuse for young "tree". Wanted to return but they are clever in avoiding that by charging restock fee and no refund for shipping. Also, I learned on another site they scrub their reviews but it was clear their guarantee is bogus

I ordered several green giants through Fast Growing Trees in the Fall (Sept/Oct). They were the smallest ones at about 1ft for $18. They arrived quickly but several were moldy and extremely root bound. I doubt they will survive. That same weekend Home Depot was selling Green Giants at 3ft for $6.

Will probably not order from them again.

The fig tree arrived well packed and beautiful. I had high hopes for it, but in a few days all but 3 of the leaves have fallen off. There are roots growing out of the bottom of the pot, so it's going to be hard to keep it in the original pot for 2 weeks.

Excited- have never ordered plants on line before.

Was told it got lost and now the won't refund the plant because I need to wait and see if it comes back.

First I'd say the shopping part of this was easy. The cost of shipping in the trees was reasonable. I know the fact that my trees were shipped through Parcel company, and they treated the boxes like a empty beer can I like that experience as a zero. When opening up one of the trees all the leaves are brown I planted the tree and will have to wait till spring to see if it's going to survive or not. The smaller tree from shipping damage the whole root ball had been broken. Are so again I'll have to wait to see if that tree will survive. To tell the truth I'm not happy nor am I angry about this. I was hoping for more professional shipping but you get what you pay for. If come spring my trees of survived, I will be extremely happy but if they are dead, well not happy.

I have no complaint, really. When told my P. O. Box would not work, I called to change the address and was given good service. I just paid $80 each for two small trees, if they survive I'll be very pleased!

The plants I got were all dumbed out and my pineapple was not in good shape at all! Not sure that one will make it.

Some of our trees never came, i called and said fed ex never scanned the boxes so they sent me new ones. (Still waiting for them now) and some got delivered snapped on half. You could tell fed ex didn't take care of the trees and dents all over the box.

Great site! I sent a tree as a gift- it arrived so quickly and it is beautiful! I got a great price and I can't wait to order trees for myself
