Excited- have never ordered plants on line before.
Was told it got lost and now the won't refund the plant because I need to wait and see if it comes back.
First I'd say the shopping part of this was easy. The cost of shipping in the trees was reasonable. I know the fact that my trees were shipped through Parcel company, and they treated the boxes like a empty beer can I like that experience as a zero. When opening up one of the trees all the leaves are brown I planted the tree and will have to wait till spring to see if it's going to survive or not. The smaller tree from shipping damage the whole root ball had been broken. Are so again I'll have to wait to see if that tree will survive. To tell the truth I'm not happy nor am I angry about this. I was hoping for more professional shipping but you get what you pay for. If come spring my trees of survived, I will be extremely happy but if they are dead, well not happy.
I have no complaint, really. When told my P. O. Box would not work, I called to change the address and was given good service. I just paid $80 each for two small trees, if they survive I'll be very pleased!
The plants I got were all dumbed out and my pineapple was not in good shape at all! Not sure that one will make it.

Some of our trees never came, i called and said fed ex never scanned the boxes so they sent me new ones. (Still waiting for them now) and some got delivered snapped on half. You could tell fed ex didn't take care of the trees and dents all over the box.

The lavender we bought as a pack of 10 for $179.98 was a joke. It came well packaged and when we opened it it was about 2-3 inch tall plant. We decided to plant it anyways.
4 out of 10 are already dead. Now it hurts us paying almost $18 per plant for that size we could have bought a 2 gal for the same price locally. On top of that we have 4 plants dead not even in 3 weeks.
Never buying again from them. Lost money and don't feel good of whatever plants are left.
The amount of emails, reviews and communication I asked not to receive was insane. Unsure if I want to use this company again due to the amount of spam sent by interacting with them especially when opting out at the beginning.

In the last I've had great success with your trees so jumped at the chance to purcgase your pomegranates ("wonderful" for patio/house and "hearty Russian red" for yard)- the first batch were dry and leaves falling off, the replacement catch even more so. These are expensive small plants - I hope this i outs normal and they survive but none look good or healthy at the moment.
I ordered two pear trees. One star to turn yellow after the first day. But it was replaced with no problem, that deserves 5 stars.
The replacement three has been planted for five days already. The leaves looks dehydrated which has been watered accordingly, I will see if will coming back in spring
I can't say enough good things about the service, I definitely will buy more and refer friends.

Very satisfied with my holly trees from fast growing trees. Trees were packaged well and arrived in good condition. One tree was omitted from shipment and customer service addressed this promptly. This was my first purchase with them and I will not hesitate to purchase from them again.
Very helpful and knowledgeable about the two trees I selected. Very happy with the Amberglow Redwood tree. The Crepe Myrtle was smaller then expected. I hope it makes it through the winter. People were really pleasant to talk to.
The redbud, beauty berry, and coffee tree were gifts for my sister and her husband. They're in zone 8; these trees are great for that zone; and my sister and brother-in-law were thrilled with the healthy specimens they received.
Purchased multiple trees from fast growing trees and 3 of them arrived in bad shape. When I contacted customer service, they assured me this was normal shock from shipping and they would recover. They did not. After speaking to a couple of nurseries in the area, came to find out they had a fungus but by now we are past the 30 day return period so I'm out several hundred dollars. NEVER AGAIN!

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
