In 5 separate e-mails to FastGrowingTrees.com concerning my dissatisfaction with the quality of their service, I received not a single reply. In my e-mail notes, I had written the following: "You put the 'Pieris Mountain Fire' Plant UPSIDE down in the shipping box, contrary the directions on the outside of the box, so the dirt/soil dropped out of the plastic container. There were a number of brown/dead leaves on the plant and in the soil. Can't you read your own shipping boxes? I have now sent this message on 5 separate occasions, but I have never received a reply from you, yet you continue to send me daily advertisements and marketing propaganda by e-mail. Your company is VERY poorly managed with little in the way of quality control or standard operating procedures that you follow, if they exist. Thus, nI will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from your company again.
Having been an executive for more that 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry, working for companies, such as, Pfizer, I know how the business world works and it NOT what I experienced from your company. I did not even receive any apology from your company, let alone, a refund or shipment of another 'Pieris Mountain Fire' Plant, in response to your shoddy practice in, even, being able to properly pack products for delivery to customers. This was in spite of the fact that I have sent 4 previous e-mail notes s to your company, beginning, on the day that I received the 'Pieris Mountain Fire' Plant, which was delivered a day later than FedEx was supposed to deliver the plant from your company."

We ordered two trees from this company, a Newport Plum and a Golden Raintree. We are very happy with the Newport Plum - it has a great shape and is a lovely tree. The Golden Raintree was extremely spindly and was pruned back to within an inch of its life - if had just a few leaves at the top and appears to be a rather pathetic tree.
They were great in all areas, from sales to warranty. I recommend Fast Growing Trees and I will purchase from them again.

Then when I told him I had seen them on your website he finally found them. Made a recommendation that wasn't a good one for our area. When I asked about a specific variety he proceeded to read me exactly what was on the website.

I got my flash fire maple today and all leaves are dead but I was assure that by spring leaves will come back.
Customer service is unreliable! We ordered the Dakota Pinnacle Birch tree 2 months ahead of the delivery and agreed to a specific date, which is the birthday of our lost son. He has severed in the Air Force for 8 years and we wanted to plant that tree on our property. The status was confirmed 1.5 weeks before delivery, but the day before the date, we being told it's not going to happen! It was terrible feelings! We don't know about a quality of products, but customer service is terrible. Never again.

I bought a mango tree. It wasn't doing too well. I contacted support. They tried to help nurse the tree. But decided that the tree was unlikely to make it. Next thing you know, they sent a nice new replacement without my even asking!

This site has a great collection of interesting plants that tend to be hard to find locally. I've made several purchases here and they ship a good product quickly.
Great purchase. Purchased a similar tree from a competitor and Fast Growing specimen was far superior. The other vendor only staked the tree to 3 feet and it was all bent. Fas tGrowing was fully staked.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
