Ordered the trees online, they showed up at my door, and they looked great.

I ordered a kiwi vine and it died in transport.
My orange and passionfruit plants survived the delivery.

When I received my tree, there was a plastic description tape in the box that was different from what I ordered... after several emails it was finally determined that the tree I received was indeed the tree I ordered but the other label in the box had me wondering?

Service and quality excellent from this company but delivery service from FedEx was poor. I received two trees very quickly delivered by FedEx but was given the runaround from them about where my other two trees were. Didn't arrive till 8 days later and found they were routed to wrong station where they wilted away. Not a good experience which I reported to FGT with promise to replace if these trees do not flourish. Planted them and waiting to see.

I have ordered a few times from this company. Once I received a damaged tree and after sending pics the next day, they sent me a replacement pretty quickly! It was painless and well worth it. All my trees are doing wonderfully so far. I would highly recommend this company.

My Philodendron 'Xanadu' arrived on time and was lovingly packed and as a result, it arrived with very minimal shipping stress. The pot was a size larger than the plant and was chock full of healthy roots --- which is EXACTLY what anyone who knows plants wants to receive (because that guarantees health and vigor at the start). The plant itself was full and lush. I will absolutely buy from them again.

I had good experience with FastGrowingTrees. My tree died, and I didn't purchase insurance, but they gave me store credit which I'm going to use next summer. The customer service agent was very nice and professional.

The miracle berry tree shipped fast and arrived in healthy condition. I put it in a pot for now and watered. It is growing perfectly and is in great condition. I will be purchasing all of my plants from Fast Growing Trees. I plan to purchase some fruit trees for my Dad for his birthday. This was the first time I tried getting a tree from an online nursery! I found what I was looking for very quickly! When I received my persimmon tree it was in great shape. I immediately put it in the ground and after three weeks, it looks great! I can't wait to eat the fruit!

The service was a treat in the age of pandemic ennui.

I received my Dogwood tree within 10 days and the tree was a promised size and the soil was still moist in the pot. I planted right away with just a little fish emulsion and it is thriving 3 weeks later. I've shopped at other sites and was given a bare root tree which took a lot of effort to stimulate it's growth.

Trees arrived on the day they were due! And in Good condition!

Husband ordered a fig tree for my birthday it came quickly and looked good. The pot was pretty flimsy but I had planned to put in my own pot. Loved the birthday present
