Very user friendly and informative for beginners! Trees arrive beautifully packaged and in great condition. I have had all of mine for at least two months and they are all surviving and thriving. Two Apple trees, three banana trees and 20 evergreens

After a little thought, I decided a tree instead of flowers for the occasion would be an everlasting, on-going tribute to welcome her into the family. Her parents planted it close to the house in view from all the main windows.

The folks at FastGrowing Trees were exceptionally helpful from my initial call to delivery date. I consider them a friend now and I haven't even met any of them personally!

I never got my tree, and no one ever responded to my email asking where it was.

The meyer lemon tree arrived looking beautiful though a little roughed up. It was 17 degrees the day it arrived and did sit outside for a few hours before someone got home. The tree arrived covered in lovely green leaves and a few buds. The buds and quite a few leaves have fallen off, I can only assume it is from the transport and the weather. I am giving this a 3 star for now. This is the 2nd tree I have purchased. The first one died. I am giving it the benefit of the doubt and trying again. The anticipation is killing me! I will update...

Very easy to order and we had a major shipping issue (not FastGrowingTrees.com issue) and they helped resolve the issue - trees are doing really well... we will buy from them again... website info on the trees themselves was very informative and helpful

I ordered a semi tropical plant which came to me in excellent condition. However it started to die which I assume had a difficult time acclimating To its new environment. Nevertheless I contacted customer service and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Scott who was very courteous and professional. Within less than a week they sent me another tree. Both trees came in excellent condition and packaged well.

So far never have any trouble with FastGrowingTree. They deliver healthy plants and also provide good information about the plants.

They shipped promptly but part of the order was incorrect plants. I called and they immediately shipped the correct plants.

Hope the trees make leaves all fell off to long in shipping

I had ordered a Stella Cherry Tree from FastGrowing Trees in June 2021, I received the tree 3 days later. The tree was wilted and did not look too good but I planted it carefully but it never survived. I had taken out the insurance because of problems I had with other plants I had ordered. When I called to get a refund I was told that I could only get a replacement. I offered to pick it up because it seemed that the plants I had ordered in the past did not survive the transit. I was told that was not possible and I could only get a replacement. All in all I am not satisfied with the service and will not be doing any business with FastGrowing Trees in the future.
