I've ordered approx 5-6 trees. I'd give them an "A" in shipping. Sometimes the soil has come out a little due to shipping and that is it. They are always bagged up well. And the trees are so healthy looking. I'll know more in a year as I see how they grow.
The ordering process was straight forward. I ordered 3-4 feet Meyer lemon tree. What arrived was a shriveled small bush less than one 1 foot in height. I complained and sent pictures but have not had any resolution.

Trees were smaller than I expected and they were shipped in January just as a major storm was about to hit. This made it impossible to plant immediately and when they were planted, a second storm hit causing almost all of them to be bent over. They should not have been shipped until March.
Everything was awesome website, process and price. Deliver really beat up the plant as it arrived with broken limbs and leaves. I tried to save them but unfortunately the plant didn't recover. I replanted and am hoping that it will recover as it looks to be but not our of the woods yet.
I wanted BLUEBERRY PLANTS and i got them. They are in my garage under a growlight sprouting small leaves.
Not sure if I'll ever buy again. Came in smaller than ordered, looking rough. I was busy and planted them anyway. They finally died after a while. It cost me just as much to replace.

It took an inordinately long time for my tree to arrive. I understand the current shipping difficulties but this is the longest I've ever had to wait for a live plant. Being so long in transit in January weather nearly killed the plant. Fortunately, there are a few buds appearing so maybe there's hope.

One of the two papaya trees I order did not survive the shipment, due to handling. The company had me take a picture and text it to the support team while I was on the phone with them. They backed the product and are sending a new tree.
You charged $29.99 for a Stephens cranberry that is pretty much 3 small branches, less than 8" long (on the longest) and up-potted it to the size sold-as. However, it looks the size of something that just came out of a 3" cup. I expected something with a bit more maturity or growth on it.

I looked at all the nurseries and couldn't find any Norfolk Pines so I went on line to buy. Fast Growing Trees had exactly what I wanted. They delivered a beautiful healthy perfect tree for my Kody.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
