First shipment came in and the poor plants were barely hanging on. Sent photos of the plants we received and they immediately sent out new ones apologizing for the inconvenience. Replacements came in within the week and they were beautiful! I'll be happy to shop there again for my next live plants:-)
The plants when they came looked black with brushing so I'm giving them a few weeks like they ask me to. My issue is that I ordered a bundle deal which was a lemon tree and a lime tree and what I got was a limon. When called and ask about she showed me a invoice showing the limon tree so yes. I'm a little upset but I won't give them a bad rating I'm just not that person
I am very pleased with the tree I ordered and pleased with the customer service representative I spoke with. Since it is winter and freezing where I live, I asked if they could ship on a specific date so i would be able to receive the tree and get it out of the cold environment. Everything went perfectly and since it is winter there is no leaves on the tree but it appears healthy and look forward to seeing it leafed out this spring.

I recently ordered several fruit trees from Fast Growing Trees. When they arrived, they were well packed and looked like good stock. But, I was missing one of the trees I ordered. When I called Customer Service, they immediately sent out the missing tree and it arrived today. Since its winter, I also called customer service for advice on how to take care of the trees before they can be planted in the Spring. The tree expert I spoke with told me exactly what to do with them and gave me the coldest temperature that each tree can withstand. He patiently answered all of my questions and offered expert advice. I'm looking forward to putting my new trees in the ground and ordering again from Fast Growing Trees.
So far great. Shopping was easy. Hoping for a tree with 5 or 6 different types of fruit. We'll see what we get. It got here. Ended up with 3 different fruits in the same family. Was hoping for more, but I guess we don't get a choice. Paid premium price for 5 to 6 foot tree, ended up wit 4 foot tree.
Ordering and shipping went well but my plants were damaged when they came in. They could have done a better job packing the plants to avoid the serious shock. When I chatted with support they seems to ignore my concerns rather than taking the feedback on how orders are being received
It's very common for plants to arrive with some stress after shipping but the majority of the time, they will make a full recovery in just a few weeks! We really appreciate you giving them some time and we have them covered 100%!

I was excited to receive my palm trees, but was disappointed when they arrived. Both looked dead and one still has not recovered. When I called for help, they said to give it time to recover, but I do not have high hopes. The banana palm isn't great but looks like it might be okay while the Christmas palm looks terrible. All of the fronds are dried out and feel like straw.

Honestly it seems sad to say that my experience with FGT was so incredible since technically they were "just doing their jobs." But every single person I spoke to was not just kind and efficient but SO FREAKING UNBELIEVABLY NICE!" I've never had a customer service experience this good - ever. And I'm old. If you base your purchases of anything else in the world against FGT you will be disappointed because they are crushing it with their professionalism and personalities. I will never buy any plants from anywhere else because FGT is just that amazing.

I ordered three trees and they all arrived safely and in good shape. The instructions for planting were helpful since I wasn't ready to plant two of them the day they arrived. I would definitely order again!
I order an avocado & olive tree and both arrived in perfect shape. Both trees are thriving and I'm very pleased with the whole experience. Shipping was very quick as well. Looking forward to placing more orders in the future.

I placed an order and it shipped quickly however the carrier was not as responsive as the shipper. So Fast Growing Trees sent another order free of charge since FedEx dropped the ball

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
