This is the first unsatisfactory plant I've received, and I've received two sickly dying plants in a row.
All trees I ordered were health and in great condition when they arrived. They were well packaged, with instructions about repotting.
Third perchance from this place only because I used a credit from the first time. When half of the 13 of the tiny plants didn't make it. Very small plants I feel like I need to grow them in the pot for a year so they will be ready to plant. One would think if I'm using a credit from dead trees they would make sure I got the best possible they had. Not... These look pathetic.

Trees shipped very securely packaged and arrived in good condition. I am overwintering them in a sunny kitchen window and 2 of the three are already starting to put on new leaves less than a couple of weeks after arrival.

The trees are still dormant which is completely normal this time of the year. Just keep us posted if they do not wake up as the weather warms up!
The service ordering the trees were easy and the product came quickly and in beautiful condition. Then after purchasing they continued to send me instructions and care hints for my trees. Due to weather I haven't been able to plant my tree outside yet but my inside lemon tree is doing great.

They sent a replacement for avocado plant that lost all of it's leaves. When I moved the 5 ft one I grew from seed into a bigger pot it shed all its leaves but has since recovered. The replacement has lost its leaves so I am waiting for hopefully one of the two to recover.

I had my tree ordered and Fedex was supposed to deliver it, only it got delayed and was in their warehouse. Upon realizing this, I contacted FastGrowingTrees and their service was spot on. They sent me a replacement immediately and received a couple days later.
Not happy but hopefully I can nurse the avocado Back to life. It look like it was dead on arrival I'll stay in touch. My lavender plants came in terrible shape they were out of the pots with dirt all over roots exposed and very poorly package. I heard good things about fast growing trees and thought I'd try them I still haven't given up I would like to give you my business.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
