All I did was order with no prob I might add. I received my order in poor condition and no growth as of yet. It's been about a month or so.
They came just as promised- well package and look very healthy. They were a little smaller than expected but all in all very satisfied. They are in the ground.

My tree was delayed in transit. I understand that was not entirely your fault. I ordered 3-4 foot tree. The whole top of the tree is dead. I paid for a larger tree and ended up with one maybe 2 feet. All the leaves are gone and although i could see green when i did the scratch test it is definitely dead on top. I did not get what i paid for. First communication was great and then i was asked to send a picture and have not heard anything else. That was 2 days ago.

I ordered two plants and was told I was paying for expedited delivery. It took a week for the plants to arrive (FedEx left them sitting in their warehouse through the weekend). One was dead and the other was very stressed. They replaced the dead plant, but the replacement arrived looking very stressed. This is not what I expected. When I pay over $200 for two small plants to be delivered, they better far surpass what I can get at Lowes! Not the case here. Lowes plants are in far superior shape for a quarter of the price. I'll never order from this company again.

Ordered a 3 gal gardenia and it arrived within a few days. No broken branches or dead leaves. Have it inside right now and it is already putting out new growth. Third or 4th purchase from them and will likely be back for more!

I received my 2 Yoshino Cherry Trees very quickly and they were package very well. I also purchased the rocket root fertilizer too. The trees have been thriving ever since I planted them. I'm in grow zone 9, but the preferred grow zones are 5-8, so I was a little worried but they've been doing well so far. The trees came dormant with no leaves and know the leaves are blooming... Very Excited!

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
