The transaction was great. Shipping was fast. Lemon tree looks great! But the Avocado tree arrived in a very wilted condition. All the leaves have dried and fallen off. I test the soil and water with bottle water when needed. It continues to shrivel.
I do not blame the company. This happens. That is why I paid for the plant guarantee..

I have ordered several fruit trees (peaches and plums). They arrived promptly and are doing well so far.

We are so pleased to add 6 new evergreen trees from FGT to our landscape. They came on time, and were packaged with care. Each tree looked very healthy and had a good developed root system but were not root bound in the pots they came in. We planted them immediately and they're looking great! Can't wait for them to become mature Nellie Stevens Hollies!

I ordered a few rare house plants at an unfortunate time. The weather was nice until a day before they were delivered and then it dropped to the low teens and single digits. The plants did not survive the cold. However, a representative helped me by not only replacing them, but planning to ship them in a warmer month as well. That's pretty awesome customer service!

Great product and fast delivery I would order again

The Asian pear arrived with 2 broken branches and now I paid for a big size but actually got a smaller size. Otherwise I would have given 5 star all other plants come in good shape.

Can't say whether I'm happy or not with the tree because I haven't received it yet or heard any updates on shipping.

I have five black knight butterfly bushes in the garden plus one lynwood gold forsythysia shrub in my yard. I have high hopes they'll turn out well!

My tree was delivered at the tail end of a winter storm. I was at work. By the time I got home and got the tree inside and open the box. The leaves were wilted and the bamboo that the tree was tied to was bent in the box. The box was to short for the entire product. I am hoping the tree will live. All most all the leaves hav fallen off.

The process of buying and shipping was good, though my bottle Palm tree was stress and finally almost 2 months later my tree dyed. Don't know exactly what will be the process for a new tree?

The ZZ plant we purchased is absolutely beautiful. It arrived on time in perfect condition. Our expirence was beyond all of our expectations.

Just ordered two more boxes of Green Giant Thulias in one box half the trees were brown. Contacted Customer service no response.

When I received the box the soil was everywhere and plan has already died

2nd time I've used fast growing trees. Timely delivery, great selection, reasonable prices. Customer service is helpful. Will purchase again.

Ordered large privacy Evergreens, takes a couple weeks to arrive, probably got misrouted by FedEx, they show up yellow and sticking out of the box. The rest of the order got there the next day, in that box the smaller tree's roots were a concerning yellow, at least the trees were still green. We'll see if they make it, we live in Western Washington and thankfully Evergreens are right at home.
