Out of stock is not uncommon. The problem was they never notified me, and the website continued to show "ships in 1/2 days". The issue was resolved to my satisfaction when I finally got someone on the phone. Refund was prompt and courteous.

I purchased a citrus tree package containing 3 trees in early February with the understanding that it would ship out in 2-3 days. Unbeknownst to me, the Meyer lemon was not good stock and the shipment would be delayed. I got no notification of any sort and had to resort to calling to find out the status of my order. I recently received an email saying that the previous email that was never sent stated that it would be April before it could ship. No communication has killed my desire to do business with this site again and I will await my trees but never again order from here unless something magical happens.

I ordered in good faith, and as yet have not receive the order. This is good because today is the first day of Spring and I'm really not ready to plant everything I ordered.
The tree is great. The plant started dying within the first few days. It arrived shattered, completely out if the company control, and I am having issues keeping it alive. I replanted it like I do with all my trees and plants. I am happy about the tree, it's doing well which I thought would be the opposite between the tree and the plant.

I was looking for a seasonal tree for my area and couldn't find one at my local stores. I happened upon fast growing trees, did a little research and was able to find what I needed. I thought the service was good, the collateral products helpful and the timing good. Although the trees I purchased haven't bloomed yet, I have since purchased more trees feeling comfortable with the warranty I purchased. I dont think i could go wrong even if I have to utilize it. It is a good experience so far and I expect nothing different as we enter spring.
Did not get my 15% discount. When they arrived 3 were destroyed. Did not call customer service because my time is worth more than fighting for a few trees.

I wanted these 3 trees so bad as a birthday present to myself. I'm on disability so funds are tight. Ad said sip in 1-2 days. No shipping info. I call the company, oh we did not ship to your zip code until the end of March! WTHECK? That makes it 2 months to ship. Canceled order and money was quickly returned.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
