Unfortunately I found out the hard way but I should have shopped around first I purchased 20 emerald green at $169 for 5 to 6ft I needed 20 more of them when I found out Home Depot had them for $54 a tree thanks a lot
So excited to get my two trees delivered to my house. It was fabulous to learn about the trees before purchasing. The trees were delivered on time and packaged safely. The only negative thing I have to say is my Weeping Willow is as skinny as my pinky finger. I bought the "biggest" tree I could so I did not think it would be so thin... I think he has a complex.
Waited to long should have ordered sooner.So far I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
Very happy with rose bushes. Disappointed in the alvacado tree. 1/3 of the leaves off in the box. Sent email to address on the email on my order. No response. Called phone # 10 days later snd was told it was probably handling from FedEx. Told to give tree a couple of months to respond. Only one branch left with 5 leaves on it. Will see how if it comes around. Told by customer service that the email address was not a good one to respond my concerns. Them why is the address on my email about my order?
I ordered 20 Holly trees to plant along one side of my backyard to separate it from the neighbor's yard. The trees arrived in very good condition and we are slowly getting them in the ground. So far going well and all trees are looking good. It should eventually make a good privacy fence and so much better looking than a man-made fence.
The order was easy to place and plants arrived very quick. I ordered 4 and two came in excellent condition but UPS left them on my porch standing upside down when the box was clearly marked lay flat. The other two looked like the had been crushed or may got frost. Most of the leaves we broken or dead. The soil was very dry. Hoping after I replanted and watered good they will be healthy enough to come back. I order the white pots but they were so crushed they were mid shaped. I did not try to get this correct so not the companies fault. Quicker and easier to just correct myself. I did not give a 5 because 2 were water properly and two were not causing plant stress and they came the same day.
The plants arrived quickly, and were packaged very well. They were well protected and looked very healthy when they were unboxed. There were buds on the blueberry plant and there is already new growth of the blackberries within the first two weeks. I am very happy with my plants and FGT.
Order hasn't even shipped and it has been a month.

I love fast growing trees and started buying all my large houseplants and outdoor trees/shrubs from them. I recently got 50 thuja green giants from them and they all arrived within two days of ordering healthy and happy and so far are doing great.
Unsatisfactory. I will not purchase any more trees from your company. Even though ther are a few more trees that I'm interested in my ideal is not to deal with your company anymore. You are too expensive for the sizes you mail out.
It doesn't look like a tree was purchased that we sell by height, but rather by gallon size. We're so sorry for the inconvenience and for any confusion!
This is the first time I've ordered from them. So far so good. The tree arrived on time and in good condition. It seems to have survived its planting well and leaflets are sprouting.

I order many things online and Fast Growing trees has by far been the best - they are packaged wonderfully and good sized!

I received my plant's packaged very well. The service was great, fast shipping, professional.
After spending $170 on 1 tree I asked to delay delivery a few days so I would be home to receive it. No problem, they told me. Then they resold my tree and put me on the backorder list. I told them that is a chicken way to do business and to refund my money.
We are so sorry that we weren't able to ship this tree! Unfortunately when dealing with Mother Nature, she can be unpredictable and our inventory just wasn't up to par to ship. We do sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience!
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
