After spending $170 on 1 tree I asked to delay delivery a few days so I would be home to receive it. No problem, they told me. Then they resold my tree and put me on the backorder list. I told them that is a chicken way to do business and to refund my money.
Purchased a fairly large and expensive order in early February with the written understanding that it would be shipped on or after March 28th. Order was shipped immediately while I had 3 inches of snow with 18 degrees Temps and frozen ground.
Contacted customer service as soon as I received the FedEx delivery notice but they didn't accept any responsibility and just said to grow everything indoors or leave outside and they would be fine, but refused to send me that direction in a written email. There are plenty of other good companies out there to order from such as Onegreenworld.com. I will never order from FGT again.

Of course Japanese maples have no leaves in the winter when you shipped my 5 trees for $580. How will I know if they grow in the spring or summer? You give me a 30 day return policy? I need a 1 year return policy. You guys sent me a couple sticks with no buds 1 inch branches and I couldn`t be more disappointed!

Price was right! Product arrived as promised in excellent condition. Repotted the tree after 3days and its growing fine. At 2 weeks now seeing new growth. Can't wait for the rewards!
Great experience except that you mailed me a coupon with my last tree that was not valid.
Bought a hydrangea for 29.99. What arrived was a tiny plant with little leaves no bigger than a dime. When I questioned what I received for the price I paid, they said it is fast growing and in time would be a lush plant. Well it's been a month and there hasn't been one bit of additional growth. No one in their right mind would pay that price for the plant I received. I had to argue to get half my money back, but the plant I received isn't even worth that.
Listing said trees would be shipped the last week of March; shipped immediately before a snowstorm. It was fine, I was able to protect them from the weather for a couple of weeks before getting them in the ground. These plants are about half the size of what I can get from Lowe's for half the price. That being said, they were healthy and came well packaged.

I received my three hybrid willows however they were not supposed to be shipped until April due to the current non growing season. I hope they survive in my shed until I can plant them. I was told to keep them in a cool place and water them once per month until planting.

My tree was supposed to arrive 3 days after I ordered. I received a message saying out for delivery. The day I was expecting my tree I received a message of delivery delay. This happens 2 more times and after over a week my tree finally arrived. I hope it survives.
When I received my package was pretty beat up. Upon opening, the pot was crushed. The tree itself, the longer branches were broke. I trimmed up the tree & planted it. We will see what happens. I think better packaging is necessary!'

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
