I've ordered several trees from FastGrowingTrees and the service is always exemplary. Quick delivery and healthy trees. I received a tree that got a shock in transport not once but twice and FGT's replaced them. I always order my trees from them if possible since I'm sure that I will get great customer service from the order through the deliver and beyond. You cannot go wrong with these folks.

The process of ordering the trees was quick and easy. I was originally told that the trees would not ship until late March (which would have been perfect, since it is the start of our growing season). However, the trees arrived immediately in the middle of January - too early to plant. I had to find a place to store the threes safely until the ground unfreezes. I hope they survive.

I have called with questions, and received excellent advice, and in one case, the rep had to find someone else who was more familiar with the particular tree, a magnolia stellata. I called after the fact and was given credit for a coupon I found from an earlier purchase.

I had to call to see when the trees were going to be sent, April 11 was the answer since I'm in zone 5, this makes sense and I don't have an issue with that. Charging me immediately and not sending anything or communicating when the order will ship is wrong. There was no update, nothing but an order number and processed payment. If your going to charge me 2 months before you send it, how about sending me some more trees, and I'll pay you when the fruit ripens.

I received my tree in poor condition. I k ow it goes through stress from shipping but is still looking very unhealthy. I have reached out to see if i should cut it back to help with new growth and got no response. I will give it a month or so before asking for a replacement or refund.

I initially called to ask suggestions to fit a specific need. The person not only found the perfect for they ensured it would for my climate zone. The description was on gallon which is typically a 6 inch nursery pot. The pot was a short 6 inch pot and the vanilla plant and half the soil were spilled in the packaging bag.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
