Easy transaction, fast shipping, unbelievable packaging. There was a two day delivery delay, but the packaging was so well done, no problem.

I initially called to ask suggestions to fit a specific need. The person not only found the perfect for they ensured it would for my climate zone. They then told me to wait three weeks to order to ensure safety from cold weather. I love you he shipping app. Shipment across countru was very efficient in nice packaging.

The description was on gallon which is typically a 6 inch nursery pot. The pot was a short 6 inch pot and the vanilla plant and half the soil were spilled in the packaging bag.

I received 10 Italian cypress trees, wrapped well and secure. I planted all 10 per the instructions and they're all alive and well 3 weeks later. In a few years, we will have the privacy they were purchased to provide.
I'm very pleased with the trees themselves and the packaging and speed with which they arrived.

Everything came timely and healthy. I purchased a cocktail tree with 4 different fruits. All branches have blooms. Ice cream banana tree in a pot for now and 2 passion fruit plants in the ground all doing beautifully.

My trees reached in good condition. Also one of the trees was quickly replaced as it seemed damaged in shipping. Sometimes people have not paid attention to keep the box flat but the way plant was. Tied, it did not hit the floor. I have also talked to some garden experts and taken advice on what might work for my zone.

I purchased a sweet apple tree and I got a twig in a box. The roots were out of the soil and it had 2 leaves on it.

My last customer service experience I was treated great, previously not as well.
Most items I have bought from your site in the past had been great quality but my order before last had many issues. This last order, one tree so far seems great as I had come to expect from you guys, the other however came in bad condition again. I am not sure if it will make it but I am trying to save it, hopefully it will be ok but right now I dont know but it came in very bad shape and not what I expect from you guys

I couldn't believe the deal they had on the thuja tree, that i was hesitant to order. I'm so glad I ordered them, they came backed so well and are holding up nicely in my yard. Even after the recent snow.

Out of stock is not uncommon. The problem was they never notified me, and the website continued to show "ships in 1/2 days". The issue was resolved to my satisfaction when I finally got someone on the phone. Refund was prompt and courteous.
