I purchased a sweet apple tree and I got a twig in a box. The roots were out of the soil and it had 2 leaves on it.

Most items I have bought from your site in the past had been great quality but my order before last had many issues. This last order, one tree so far seems great as I had come to expect from you guys, the other however came in bad condition again. I am not sure if it will make it but I am trying to save it, hopefully it will be ok but right now I dont know but it came in very bad shape and not what I expect from you guys

I couldn't believe the deal they had on the thuja tree, that i was hesitant to order. I'm so glad I ordered them, they came backed so well and are holding up nicely in my yard. Even after the recent snow.
Out of stock is not uncommon. The problem was they never notified me, and the website continued to show "ships in 1/2 days". The issue was resolved to my satisfaction when I finally got someone on the phone. Refund was prompt and courteous.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
