Excellent product, fast service, trees I ordered exactly what I expected and as advertised

First order came in a week, then I ordered different plants. Weeks later I am getting different packages but not the one I had a tracking number for. It was a citrus tree and was only a hundred miles away and still took over a week to get it. I put the order in on Feb 15 and in March finally received everything.

The plants actually almost look like the one on the websites. They arrived packaged nicely and health. They are thriving.

Our trees arrived quickly and in great shape! We are looking forward to watching them grow and create the yard we have dreamed of!

We received our plants and tree a little over a week ago in superb condition and the tree is already budding and the plants are looking super healthy. After a two year remodel our landscaping was the finishing touch. Instant gratification with healthy budding plants!

I ordered two grand nain banana trees that were supposed to be 5-6 feet tall and developed. What I received was two plants that had almost no folliage and were nearly dead. I had insurance so they offered to cut the cost in half and let me try the plants for a while to see if they recover. I appreciate that they offered the discount and an opportunity to give the plants a chance before returning everything. I was not happy with the product sent but this may be a situation where the time of year has effected the quality of the product. I'll update this review in the summer once the plants have an opportunity to develop into something more like what was represented on their website.

Thus company has a great easy to maneuver site, sorting per region, hard soft wood and then just click pay it ships. Love it.

I've used Fast Growing trees so many times! I've sent trees as gifts to New Mexico and Tennessee and each time they arrived early and perfectly packaged. Plus they grow so fast! I've also used them for bushes and have already had fruit!

This was an order for a family member that wanted a memorial garden. She was very happy with what was received and had no issues planting them. I'm also happy that they were able to include a condolences message. Thank you

Got the tree quickly. It looks to be a healthy, beautiful tree already. It has a bud on it!

Customer support by phone was excellent! Helpful and courteous customer support staff.

Tree was damaged in order to fit into the box it was shipped in - it was obvious that the packer snapped the limbs/leaves to fit it into the box and not that they were broken during shipping as the tree would not have fit into the box it was shipped in otherwise. Seems to be doing OK after transplant but still too early to tell if it will survive or how it will do long term here in southern California

Unfortunately I found out the hard way but I should have shopped around first I purchased 20 emerald green at $169 for 5 to 6ft I needed 20 more of them when I found out Home Depot had them for $54 a tree thanks a lot

So excited to get my two trees delivered to my house. It was fabulous to learn about the trees before purchasing. The trees were delivered on time and packaged safely. The only negative thing I have to say is my Weeping Willow is as skinny as my pinky finger. I bought the "biggest" tree I could so I did not think it would be so thin... I think he has a complex.

Waited to long should have ordered sooner.So far I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Very happy with rose bushes. Disappointed in the alvacado tree. 1/3 of the leaves off in the box. Sent email to address on the email on my order. No response. Called phone # 10 days later snd was told it was probably handling from FedEx. Told to give tree a couple of months to respond. Only one branch left with 5 leaves on it. Will see how if it comes around. Told by customer service that the email address was not a good one to respond my concerns. Them why is the address on my email about my order?
