So far so good and selection is what we wanted., after 2 weeks looks like it is doing well.

This is a tentative review. I have not received the products ordered yet. I have been in contact with customer service, and they have been very responsive this far

Last year I bought a fig tree and a key lime tree. Fig is great and growing. Key lime came as a stick with a few leaves. Leaves fell off within 2 weeks and 'tree' became a stick. Stick never grew. I paid an amount. I called several times and finally everyone agreed - tree is dead. Tried to buy a new one and price is double for replacement, even with discounts. And, I just got a letter saying tree may have had some disease. No follow up on payment has been received. Awaiting the 2nd/ replacement tree that I had to pay insurance for so really paid insurance x 2 for this dead tree.

I received my tree very quickly, and it is beautiful. Will definitely order again when I need another tree!

Beautiful Fiddle-Leaf Fig Tree that was fresh, growing green and larger that the 4-5 ft. It's wonderful!

Agent was great in helping me come to a decision on shipping time. She was pleasant and informative on product and didn't have a feeling of being rushed.

The customer service was great. I was able to get my purchase completed easily and they quickly warranted a tree that died over the winter with no hassles.

Customer service is fantastic, very knowledgeable. The trees came very healthy and new growth came quickly. Will be purchasing more trees soon as they are available.

I just hope that this stick that I received in the box turns into a nice crate myrtle that I ordered. I could barely see any buds on the tree I received. I guess we will see how this tree looks into the summer.

I received the order way after Valentine's Day which is what it was advertised for. But that ended up to be a good thing because I got something else for Valentine's Day. When the product arrived there was no bloom and it still there isn't anything growing out of it. My second item was also nothing like the picture of it.

They have a huge selection. Also, their customer service was excellent. I had a banana tree arrive damaged. I emailed them with a pic and they immediately shipped out another free of charge. Keep up the great work. Love this site.
