Was a bit skeptical about buying plants and trees online, but found I had nothing to worry about. Packaging was as indicated and my two trees arrived looking great. No broken branches, and two weeks after delivery they are in bloom. I will mention that the Fed Ex driver left the box ( with 2 trees) standing on the porch, not flat as the packaging clearly states, so one of the trees was upside down. Luckily the superior packing job secured everything inside with zip ties and plastic bags so no noticeable harm done!
They're all half dead... should have been warned it was too cold to plant on NY.
I was more than pleased and plan on ordering again. Additionally, I plan on recommending FastGrowing Trees to everyone who desires quality plants.

My first order was a 3 quart quince and a 1 gallon. The 1 gallon arrived dead. I called customer service and they shipped out another one asap. Customer was so nice
The only issue I had was the shipping. I believe this is the second time using them and the first was great. They stacked the bushes in such a way that several limbs broke and dirt was falling away from the root. They put one plant upside down. I planted it immediately so it may still survive.

I was ordering the Soursop 'Guanabana' Tree order #*******086 as a surprise gift for my father. When the plant arrived it looked stressed and wilted. My father will try to revive it but we are not sure if it's going to make it. He was disappointed.

1 of the 2 trees I got was pretty terrible. The dwarf banana tree looks in terrible shape. That's disappointing. The black mission fig is in great shape, so 50% on that order. Thought i'd give them another shot and ordered some strawberries that were delivered upside down with no covering so the plants and dirt was everywhere. Seemed really strange. I made the mistake of opening the boxes in my kitchen so I had a great mess to clean up. So that's down to 33%. All of this played a big factor in why I ordered another 4 trees from another place. At least the shipping was fast.

I ordered 2 trees from FGT early in spring and they shipped them in the same long box. They were dormant and in a pot, not bare root. They were packed very well and arrived in good shape. The pots are wrapped such the dirt stays in place. Time to get them planted.
Placed a larger order and while I understand shipping can be delayed due to weather - I haven't gotten an update in weeks or even ab email back.

The plants arrived in excellent condition and once planted they sprouted leaves. I recommend buying the 3 gallon size if available it is worth the added money.
Purchased 2 Vanilla Orchids, a very difficult plant. First order arrived late and dead (froze). Replacement arrived late today. Some leaves froze and wilted. Soil temperature at 53 degrees. Don't understand how you can ship tropical plants across the country in winter, in a box with air vents and no insulation or heat packs and expect them to live. I'm going to attempt to revive them, but not very confident that they have much chance of making it.

Awesome company that stands by their products! I bought 6 Leyland Cyprus last fall, planted properly and over the winter, all 6 died. I was very sad. I called them in March because they warranty for 1 year. April 4th shipped, April 6th delivered and I am completely satisfied. Only cost to me was for another warranty (which I am glad). They gave me ZERO issue with replacing. Sent one picture, done. Will always do business with them.
Second time trees have died.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
