I ordered a Meyer lemon tree 4-5'. Shipping was prompt but the fed-ex driver didn't follow the "this side up Lay flat" plainly directions printed on the box, upon unboxing found the tree broken off a good 10" from the top. When I called to report the damage, I spoke with Jose he really wasn't any help at all. He said he'd report it to Fed-ex but never ask for my order number, he only asked what the remaining part of the tree looked like. I had to ask him to please take down my order number and had to ask if I would hear back from someone and of course I haven't. I'm currently looking for another reputable tree supplier.

When I "bought" my trees/bush, each said ships in 1-2 days. But aside from the order confirmation three weeks ago, it's almost like my money vanished into thin air. I emailed and was told my order would ship in another week or so. So why do you advertise 1-2 day availability/shipping, take my money, and then just "go dark" for a month?

The transaction was smooth, with great customer service. I contacted customer service a few times to make certain I was getting what I thought I was getting - a fruit-bearing avocado tree that could be grown indoors in a container. This was new to me! Unfortunately, I did lose some leaves in the transition period at home, but there a now buds on my tree, so new foliage will be sprouting soon. I have every expectation that my tree will mature and be producing avocados.
We have ordered maples, weeping willows and just recently a snow cherry weeping and they are all in great shape and thriving
I received the wrong trees. I found out that this is a division of brighter blooms, which I had a horrible experience with. I requested a full refund.

I ordered a nectarine and some root starter and it has been 4 WEEKS and it has still not come. I have emailed and called with zero response. I have no idea if my tree is still coming or not. I was charged and have heard nothing else since 4 weeks ago. My parents ordered the same tree and got it within the week. Where mine? I'm getting very frustrated.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
