I was a little upset receiving plant, looked dead but I planted it anyway all the way thru fall it never sprouted but amazingly this spring it took off very healthy and fast growing

Ordered an avocado and lemon tree. The avocado tree is ok but the lemon tree is less sad. It's a 3 foot tree with no leave except at the very bottom. I called and spoke with a lady who said when it got acclimated to to this area it would start to sprout. Can only hope

I ordered 2 of the same plants and one is an acceptable size for the money, the other is half the size it should be. They are container plants. They need to match/coordinate. I paid a premium price and bought the one year of insurance in order to have mature plants delivered. When I called Customer Service, after an inane texting chat with their helpline in which she texted that plants are like humans and grow at different rates,(I didn't buy seeds. A human chose 2 plants off a shelf to put in 1 box and didn't have the decency or forethought to care enough to choose 2 that are similar.) I was told that in years to come they would grow enough so that I could then trim the larger one back to the size of the smaller one. Really? In years to come I could be happy with them? And... they are dwarf Gardinias. Dwarf plants, by definition DO NOT GROW FAST OR LARGE. I have bought other plants and trees from them last year and thought that the premium price I paid was worth it, but after this experience I can no longer trust this business.
Go to a nursery. Save 75% and get bigger healthier plants.

It looks like you purchased a plant that we sold by gallon size which means that while we do not guarantee a height for the tree, the root system will be more mature and an adequate size to fill the pot. My trees and shrubs came packaged safely and shipped shortly after I ordered them. Very pleased with products.
Ordered 5 gallon size tree. A 3 gallon was sent instead. Customer service was nice enough to resend a 5 gallon tree. However the 3gallon and 5 gallon were the same size. The 5 gallon just had more dirt. Talk about a rip off

Impressive packaging and delivery. The website is easy to navigate on and has good information. I ordered two trees and they arrived well packaged and well protected. Unfortunately for me I am legally blind and although I searched through all the material I did not see any good care or planting directions to tell me precisely what to do. But more than likely perhaps I missed it. I did not know that I was supposed to plant it directly into the ground with the burlap bag and allSo unbeknownst to me I had removed it from the bag when I planted. I was sick and to learn my mistake later. Therefore I am hoping for the best. I do plan to order more trees and things down the road and this time I will probably call customer service to make sure I know exactly what to do when they arrive.
I have yet to receive my tree so how can I review any service? It's apparently supposed to ship this Monday? Hopefully so.

The crab apple tree and rose of sharon arrived in perfect condition, bigger than expected. I think they will do well. Very nice company to deal with!
I ordered a dragon fruit plant to be want to my friend for a birthday surprise. After paying so much for shipping, the plant arrived damaged. It was almost as if a machine selected the plant, instead of a human. The plant was not even attached to the hard dirt in the pot. It was a disappointing experience. They offered to send a replacement, this was 3 weeks aging and we still have yet to receive it.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
