Trees arrived quickly. One tree was damaged - i called, shared photos of damage and a replacement was immediately shipped. We were expecting frost so waited almost a week to plant trees. So far so good. Hope they survive early spring cold and heat of first summer. Hopeful!

They shipped my trees with FEDEX. They arrived four days late, tape up and the delivery driver was walking on the boxes in the truck and bending the boxes to try to get them out of the truck. The service representative sent out new trees which were also late. The trees finally arrived in good condition THE SECOND TIME. STOP USING FEDEX!

Very easy. Hopefully tree will grow. Kentucky has clay soil snd I've had difficulty finding something to plant. We did have a tough February this year
I bought a Condo Avocado tree for my father for Christmas as he is an avid plant lover. Upon receiving the tree it looked a bit haggered, but had healthy looking leaves and I thought he may just have been a little unhappy about being shipped. I spoke with his the other day however and the tree has since gotten very sick. The leaves have all fallen off and if they do try to grow back they seem to turn brown very quickly and fall off. He is under the impression that it has some type of fungus. He has been trying to nurse it back to health since he got it with little success. I got him an olive tree last year from this site and he has loved it, it was/is healthy as a horse. This little tree however has struggled.
The description said the tree wouldn't ship until late spring after less chance of frost in OR but it was shipped about one week after the order was placed in February. We've had to keep it in the house and try to keep it alive until the celebration of life when it will be planted end of April.

One of the plants were damaged and I had no problems with the representative squaring that away for me
I ordered some trees over a month ago and have yet to receive them or any notice about them. I keep calling the number ( about 6 times now) to check on updates and it has said the same thing for the last 3 weeks…that my order will be shipping out in 1-2 days. It hasn't.

The shopping experience was fine. Some of the items were a little pricey which discouraged me from purchasing. The shipping on one of the plants was poor. It's was a very small plant and one of the branches broke.
I did get two of these beautiful plants and they were very healthy. They came exactly on my birthday which was a surprise. They are beautiful border as I put them on both sides. These will be gorgeous and add color all year round. I'm very pleased with this purchase as everything arrived in great condition
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
