I haven't received my trees. Can you give me an expected ship date, please.

It will not let me log into my account. Ordered over 1 month ago with no updates.

We first ordered trees as a birthday gift for our son. He was pleased with his order, so we decided to order trees for ourselves. We can not easily get the apricot trees that we wanted from our local nursery. FastGrowingTrees sent us very nice trees. These were more mature than "sticks" that we have received from other mail orders. We will order from you again.

Plants were way over priced for the quality and general size.

It is hard to find both bushes that I ordered. I was so excited that FastGrowing Trees had them but also how affordable they were. When they arrived, I was a little worried about the plants being shipped, but they were packaged perfectly and all four bushes were in perfect condition when they arrived. Thank you for the amazing plants!

I've been extremely happy with all the trees and shrubs I've gotten. Unfortunately, certain trees won't get shipped to Oregon So adding something to my cart and it isn't until I go to checkout that I find out it won't be delivered here.

Nice selection and information, got my tree with root ball in a biodegradable burlap wrap. Took it out of the box and put it in the hole burlap and all. Fast shipping got it in 3 or 4 days from east coast to west coast.

Called the number. Elvis was so knowledgeable and easy to understand Received everything as promised and on time. Love my new trees and growing perfectly.

I ordered a 1 gallon plant which I do understand that it would be smaller than a 3 gallon. With that said I received a stick with 5 leaves. I did call to complain and was told that the Holly was dormant but u have 6 Holly plants and none of them are dormant.

I was very happy to received my tree earlier than scheduled; however, my happiness was short. I remove the tree from the box accordingly by the instruction; I even watched a video on the website. The tree was less then what I was expected. It was not a very healthily looking tree.
I dug a hole also by the instruction enclosed; by the time I was ready to put the tree in; I noticed that the tree was very loose in its container. I tried to pressed the soil down so it will be ok to lift out...; then, I put one hand on the top and slowly turned it over... The whole root ball broke loose...
I planned the tree in the dug hole with the mixed soil and hope it will live. On the 3rd day it started to dropped several leaves. It does not look very happy.

I purchased over $800 worth of trees and shrubs last spring. One of the trees was dead upon arrival. I filed a claim, sent pictures and nobody got back to me! Steer clear and save your money! It is not worth it!
