We received our trees within days, and they were in great shape, all looking very healthy.
I ordered 2 pear trees and was told that one of them was on "Backorder" for several weeks but everything else was good to go. What was never explained was that "good to go" meant nothing was going anywhere until the backorder item was ready. I called and that's where things got really confusing. First I was told that I could have my order "expedited" but if I did that, there would be no guarantees on what arrived. Um, not an option. Then I was told, "Wait, the other tree isn't back-ordered, it's available, would you like your items to arrive in a few days?" Um - yeah? They came and we well packaged. One tree has what appears to be a potential splitting point in the trunk but I'm hopeful and waiting to see what kind of fruit I actually get. Shipping was definitely fast.
The responses have been very helpful and they do everything they can to help me. They've been excellent about giving me credit for some trees and plants that did not "make it."
I ordered a tree from FastGrowingTree a little anxious as I have not bought a tree online and the two plants I have purchased (through other vendors) were disappointments. I received the tree in a huge box and it arrived in great condition. I ordered a June Snow Dogwood that was listed as 5-6 feet so I figured I would get a tree that was 5' 2"; the tree I received is 5'11" so I am very happy. I planted it a couple weeks ago and look forward to seeing how it presents this spring.
I feel like an idiot for paying these prices. I later purchased the same species at Home depot for $32. It had a fully developed root ball was bigger than the trees I purchased here.

The item I ordered had instructions to deliver before the warm weather, but they decided I live in a cold climate and to delay the delivery by 6 week. PLEASE make this a choice for customers and tell them. Then they wont need to use your very bad chat client or call in! Hope the trees are now good!

I purchased trees without any problems. However, the shrubs that I purchased arrived in such disarray that several were missing almost everything above the soil line.

Fast Growing Trees stand by there products and give great service. My tree was damaged when received, sent pictures and text to them and they sent me another tree at no charge. Customer service is great, I will be doing business with them again.

I live in South Carolina and like to support local companies, but I can't support this one. I ordered a $125 meyer lemon tree gift for a friend. It is the largest tree you can order. It arrived as one, skinny, tall stem with leaves. The stem is a quarter inch in diameter if I'm generous. I don't believe any of the reviews on this website. Ignoring the misleading photo of a beautiful, full tree with 100 lemons (which I didn't fall for in the first place), here's what they state about what you're ordering: "If your sun exposure or growing conditions are less than ideal, then we recommend you start with one of our larger trees. They're already at a heavy fruiting size, with well-developed branching structures" "You also get fruit as soon as the first year" "When you order our larger-sized Meyer Lemon Tree, you can look forward to faster fruiting... even in the first year of growth! Our larger sizes are perfect for those who don't want to wait to harvest delicious lemons." These are ALL LIES. When I called to complain, I was quickly offered a 15% refund (so they are clearly used to complaints) and told if I wanted a full refund I would have to pay to ship the tree back; when I got them to waive that shipping fee, they told me that my friend who I shipped the tree to would have to be troubled to drive 30 minutes to a Fedex location to ship the tree back. They refused to pick the tree up at her home. I will not be ordering any more plants from this company and I recommend you don't either. And by the way - try to leave a review on their website! If there's a way to do it, I certainly couldn't find it. This sitejabber website was the only place I could find to leave one.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
