I have yet to receive my tree so how can I review any service? It's apparently supposed to ship this Monday? Hopefully so.
The crab apple tree and rose of sharon arrived in perfect condition, bigger than expected. I think they will do well. Very nice company to deal with!
I ordered a dragon fruit plant to be want to my friend for a birthday surprise. After paying so much for shipping, the plant arrived damaged. It was almost as if a machine selected the plant, instead of a human. The plant was not even attached to the hard dirt in the pot. It was a disappointing experience. They offered to send a replacement, this was 3 weeks aging and we still have yet to receive it.

I'd ordered a fringe tree in very early March as a gift for a friend and asked for, and was in turn promised, a later date than would have been otherwise scheduled because my friend lives in a different (colder) planting zone than I, the purchaser. It would have been shipped too early to plant there. Some snafu ensued and the tree was shipped a month earlier than agreed. My point in calling this to the attention of FGT was to alert them that if the tree does not survive, I would be asking for a replacement. I never got to suggest what satisfaction I would expect (replacement if/when the tree succumbs to the weather) before I was put on hold, and then told that another tree was being shipped to my own warmer location, and that when it arrives at the agreed date later in the season, I would in turn bring it up to my friend's home, the delivery location originally cited. So now I'm assured that even if the originally shipped tree doesn't survive, my friend is sure to have a ready replacement. (in fact if it survives, he'll have TWO! THAT is service with a (my) smile. Thank you FGT.
I followed my dream and bought a farm right before everything got crazy in 2020. As such, sourcing fruit trees and grapes became quite a task, and I've ordered from a LOT of vineyards and nurseries over the last two years. Fast Growing Trees was easily the best quality of shipping/packaging AND the quality of the tree received. They will definitely be the first place I look for any future orders.
I did receive a replacement for my ruby supreme guava tree, however, the replacement I received is not as big nor as nicely developed and thick as the one I originally received. I hope this one makes it! All of my other trees look healthy are slowly growing
Website was easy to navigate. The descriptions for the trees we wanted was very helpful and I appreciate being able to buy the one year warranty. We did receive 2 sad looking trees in our 1st shipment, but customer service quick to send us 2 new ones.

I was told that the grape tree is already has leaves and ready to give fruits this summer but i just received dry branch that will take for ever to give pods.

Always easy to find using search to find a tree or plant to work. These fig trees were happy & continue to be so. We placed them in our small greenhouse until the weather was more stable. We're close to planting in larger pots full of sunshine.
They were very nice; 2 trees were damaged during shipping and supposed to go back, so you shipped out 2 new ones - but FedEx showed up the day we were planting with another 2 trees!?! We called and customer service said go ahead and plant them, so we squished them into the layout plan. However, one of the first 3 is likely not to make it, so we were going to use one of the extra to replace it and the layout plan doesn't look so squished anymore!
It all worked out in the end.
Process was easy and selection of plants is really good! The lanes arrived well hydrated and ready to be planted- so far so good!

The tree arrived broken. It wasn't secured to the bottom of the box so it was floating around in there and the top 6 inches of the tree was snapped.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
