I ordered two trees and 4 lavender plants. All arrived fast and secured in two boxes. Everything was planted with no issues and so far thriving beautifully!

I received a "dormant" cold hardy pomegranate tree in October. There were no leaves on it, but I figured it was just asleep for the winter. I planted it. Six months later, as my other trees are starting to bud, this one still looks like a dead stick. Did a scratch test - brown and dry throughout. Did the online customer service chat at FastGrowingTrees.com - sent them a photo - the rep said it was dead, but that they would not refund or replace. She said if I paid an additional $12.49 for a "warranty" they'd give me the cost of the tree - but not the shipping or the tax I'd paid - as store credit. I double-checked to make sure that she was offering me the opportunity to pay over $80 to get $49.95 in store credit - she said yes. I let her know I'd be buying my trees elsewhere from now on. Went outside and dug up the tree - the roots were brown and still balled up like they were when I took them out of the pot to plant - the tree had never grown at all. FastGrowingTrees sold me a dead tree and wouldn't refund or replace it. Bad form.

M y tree was shipped when the ground was frozen and was still covered with snow. I still have not been able to plant it and don't know if it will survive.

Was sold miniature nandina's in 1 gallon pots. The plants were small enough to fit in a 4 inch pot. Found some locally the same size for half the price.

I am a first time internet plant purchaser. Novice gardener. Fast Grown had a great selection of what I was looking for. Everything arrived fast. Well packaged. All plants in great condition.
I had also ordered some similar type plants at the same time from Stark Brothers to compare companies. Fast Growing Trees. Com was the by far the winner in every area and Stark Brothers was a huge disappointment. For the same price I got a twig with Stark and with Fast Grow I got a healthy big plant. I will never order from Stark Brothers again but I will always order from Fast Grow in the future.
Ordering was quick and easy but delivery was delayed by the carrier for some unspecified reason for three days. Due to a late freeze warning for our area we held off planting for two days but watered the root ball. Now after a couple of weeks the planting does no look good..

I bought two rainbow eucalyptus trees from this vendor. You me of them came in great shape and is doing well a month after the plant. The second tree came was not in good shape. I planted it at the same time and it is constantly struggling. I wish the trees were both like tree number one.

I ordered 2 trees. It's been 3 weeks and the trees I bought are doing great!
I received my original order of three trees and it was missing one. I called and they immediately sent another to replace it - which I got in 3 days. I was pleasantly surprised they responded so well and quickly to the issue. The trees where exactly what I expected and have been doing very well since being planted the next day.
They Packaged 2 plants together so that both plants are facing the middle fine in theory but packaging failed and my plants were jammed together when they arrived. My Blue java leaves were broken and half of my other tree was damaged and brown with dead leaf tips, the banana is making a come back but I fear the other wont make it.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
