I ordered trees that were destroyed by Deer. I went to reorder and a question popped up. I explained quicly and was told my tree was covered by you and you replaced it free.
Jasmine and gardenia did not alive and thrive. Gardenia struggled some months, didn't survive the freeze. Jasmine lasted a couple of months.
Fast Growing Tree should reach out to vendor and ensure the description and the image(s) advertised is true to the product being shipped to the customer. It was nothing closed to what being displayed in my case when I order an Adenium Desert Rose last year.
I ordered and planted a hydrangea tree, and it is thriving and growing beautifully. It was packaged nicely and arrived in good condition.
So far so good…. I've only bought from Fast-Growing Trees a couple times but have received quality plants, when I need plants, shrubs or trees I come here first to check out inventories.
Love the discounts and prices for the size of plants I hope to receive
Web site is helpful. Plants are healthy upon arrival, and packaged well. Instructions are easy to follow.
All previous orders have grown well. The website information on the plants and trees is extremely informative.
I have made many purchases through fast growing trees. The quality is always pretty great! I've got multiple berries, trees, flowers and everything has worked out so far. Only issue I have is the lead time and arrivals is not always as advertised. You'll get a message that Mother Nature is taking longer than expected. I just wish that was explained up front instead of a delivery date given that isn't usually kept.
The original date was March eighth. Then changed to the 19th without notice. I cancelled the order. Hopefully this order will arrive within a week of the order date.
I don't remember what I previously ordered, only that it was a very positive experience and when I needed this shrub I knew where to look.
I purchased 2 pear trees and a mandarin orange plant. That plant, along with a later-in-the-season pear tree order, both overwintered in my heated greenhouse. Both look healthy as I prepare to transplant the pear and move the mandarin orange to a larger pot. The existing pear tree that I planted in the fall looks healthy and strong.
We have bought a little over 40 trees total from Fast Growing Trees, six made it past the first year but not to the second. The rest have grown very nicely.
My Norfolk Pine died, They have no more in stock and no time frame to replace. Refund is not available so I was given a warranty credit of $214.42 My new replacement pick, a redbud tree is $164 and free shipping on sale. Under the warranty I am not eleigible for sale price and charged $205.95 plus $21.45 shipping and shipping tax. My $214.42 credit has now turned into a $205.95 credit when I applied my warranty claim #. Instead of $12.98 I pay $21.45
I hope this new tree doesn't die too.
I had started an order with a buy one get one free Avacado tree purchase. It either confused me or I mis understood. I thought if I order one I get one free so I ordered one. It then said if I needed to order the 2nd one and I would get one free so I ordered 2. It then said I had to pay for 2 and would get one free. I did not need 3 so I did not complete that purchase. A day or 2 later I looked at it again and the order in limbo showed 2 Avacado's but no mention of a free. I decided to back off the avacado's all together and ordered my Norfolk Pine and a Fl. Prince Peach instead. I currently have a 8' tall, 6 year old avacado tree started from seedling but it is thin and never produced fruit. I'll keep waiting on it to have babies or do something.
Great customer service and great trees.Allways had great healthy large trees from them and they worked with my after I had a tree die over winter in t he south and I live in zone 8b and is borderline to zone 9 but they still worked with me and helped out.
I just told you, the box looked liked they threw it up in the air, FedEx sucks, the box was smashed, broken at the big large staples ripped right out of the corners, and that takes a lot of pressure.
But lucky my trees were ok.
FGT always offers a large selection of so many different products, terrific sales and promos, and fast delivery. Only once did I receive a bad plant but their customer service replaced it. All my other orders have been good, healthy plants.
I trust the quality of trees and the customer service
Over all plants are in good shape. That angel trumpets were planted immediately but I'm still holding my breath! So far everything seems to be holding its own. I've spent hundreds of dollars really have high hopes all are going to make it!
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
