Everything thing I have purchased from Fast Growing Trees has done very well. Except for a rose bush and a tree. I recommend thier products to everyone. But when it came to the tree. I was disappointed by customer service. I actually purchased 2 of the trees. The other is thriving and doing great... purchased at the same time... I just wish they would have replaced the tree. They one year guarantee had to have been on my order as the order was a very large order of several things not just the trees but they told me No..

I tried to file a claim but to no avail because my son who is the recipient forgot to take photos of the dead trees before pulling them. I have ordered 14 trees from you and I would expect you would trust me that two had died.

I did a large order for some shrubs and trees last year to decorate my new house's landscape. This included a Coral bark Japanese maple. It was everything I dreamed of. I was so excited when it leafed out this past spring and was looking stunning, meaning it had survived our rather harsh winter we had just had. Then, randomly, over a two day period it dropped all of its leaves. Now the beautiful red bark has turned black in patches all over it. I was disappointed it died 2 weeks past the one year warranty. Especially after it had fully leafed out and was looking amazing. However, I still called customer service to find out if they could give insight to what may have happened before I decided to try again or not. To my delight, being so close to warranty, they offered to still replace the tree! It was truly great to deal with them and how very understanding of my situation they were. 10/10 for customer support and honoring the warranty. I recommend this place to anyone that mentions needing to landscape.

I have purchased from Fast Growing Trees several times over the years. They have anything your mind can dream up, whether species, size, or price. I have been trying to find an elderberry bush locally at nurseries with no luck. Of course FGT has them. I just ordered two and they will arrive next week! The wait is over! Thank you FGT!

Most of the plants/trees have thrived. If I struggled with keeping them healthy and alive the customer service has ALWAYS been extremely helpful.

I bought Thuja Green Giant in the past, and they looked somewhat stressed upon arrival. Several weeks after being planted—and pampered—they developed a greenish blue fungus and eventually died, so I was very hesitant to make another online purchase for plants that have to be shipped.

Easy to use website, good quality and selection. I have used other places, and will only stick with fast growing trees at this point

The trees I bought last year were very well packaged. I was planting 26 Giant thujas and needed to know what to expect on the root ball size, as I was wanting to have all of the holes dug before the trees arrived so I could get them in the ground quickly. The customer service rep helped me with this

I order two dogwood trees. Both di d within a year. You guys sent replacement trees. And they died after a few months. So I stopped ordering from you until now. Decided to try you once again.

I ordered a patio peach tree about 2 month ago. It arrived nicely packaged for shipping and healthy. It was planted in a large pot and is doing beautifully on my sunny patio.

The BlackBerry bush I purchased a few years ago has never ever disappointed me. Big, juicy, sweet fruit is what I grew because of you and the perfect farm land with organic products I planted them with. My neighbors and I can't wait for this season's fruits. 😋
