REPLACEMENT
I reached out because I had ordered 260 trees totally over $10,000 and I had lost 11 of them. I called, because when I placed these orders over the past from April to July,, I purchased them with the understanding that they were under a years replacement warranty because the website stated that they were guaranteed for a year. When I called, I was informed that no they were not, which honestly, I feel that I was misled at the time of purchase. But they agreed that the 11 would be replaced as a courtesy of the large order but the remaining 249 were not under warranty. I advise that you if ordering make sure that in fact your order is warranted. I was extremely upset that I was misinformed at the time of purchase. I did pay the shipping of the 11 trees. When I order the next set of trees will definitely shop the companies that supply trees to ensure that my purchase is 100% guaranteed.
