Had a poinciana tree die after 10 months due to unseasonable cold weather and told the rep that but was replaced. The replacement didn't look nearly as good as the original but has been planted and trusting that it will thrive

It was cold today and my tropical plants unfortunately did not like that. Their leaves show some stress and damage. I put them in my 80 degree green house for now to see if I can get them to snap back.

Great service, even when things weren't as smooth as things could have been
Planted blueberries last spring (2025), they all came looking great except for one which had root damage from transport. Customer service was excellent and quick to replace the damaged bush. I plucked off most of the buds to promote root growth, hoping to get a big blueberry harvest in 2026.
