Plants arrived mostly in good condition. Hydrangea looked a little weak, but settled in and grew well. Even produced a few small blooms.

The Care Agents are very knowledgeable, always have a horticulturist to back them up if necessary and the previous trees I have ordered last season (apples) shipped fine and have taken root.

Excellent variety from a company we now trust. Trees were packaged with care and arrived healthy. They grew quite a bit in one season.

Were very healthy, none was lost and today are about 15 feet tall, beautiful healthy strong trees.

Have purchased avocado trees and lemon trees from Fast Growing Trees. Also hydrangea. Always been pleased with your plants vs competitors.

I had no issues with delivery. The trees were basically branches but had a good root system. I wasn't expecting them to, but the trees flowered (crepe myrtles) the first year and grew about a foot the next year and consistently flowered. I'm hoping they continue to grow rapidly as they were purchased for color and for privaccy from the neighbor's yard.

I've ordered many plants from Fast Growing Trees. Many of which are foundation plants... and they have ALWAYS arrived looking amazing and have immediately taken off once planted and adjusted. For more sensitive things (like ornamental grasses), I knew exactly when they'd arrive, and was able to immediately plant them in the ground within 30 minutes of their delivery just to be on the safe side. Last summer, I bought the ornamental grasses from a local place... within one week, they were absolutely covered in mealy bugs. I ripped them out and replaced with the same grasses from Fast Growing Trees, and they were happy and beautiful and didn't have bug issues. I was even able to get larger plants for the same price as the smaller buggy ones, ha. Anyway, everything looks beautiful, and I keep ordering from Fast Growing Trees because I've always had success with their plants. I've been ordering for several years now. A+

One order sent to miami instead of Chicago. When dappled willow bushes did come they were in sad condition! Felt I was not believed when complained.

I bought some beautiful river birches, and it looks like they survived the winter, thanks to the advice of your staff they gave to me after I purchased them. I needed a privacy fence so I came back for some Colorado spruce trees, am I excited to see what we can do.

Received a broken tree once received the wrong size tree once and waited months without communication once hopefully this time will be good 🤞

I've had bad experiences as well... I'm taking a chance with good price. However, previous trees shipped here early March are exposed to extreme winter still! Had one in garage, planted after leaves grew in late April and died! I do not want delivery until May 1 please!

I've ordered from here for a year or two now and have had excellent customer service and extremely great quality of trees bushes and plants. Everything I've ordered is thriving

Sometimes the plants are not carefully protected for shipping. Often, the plants are tiny, and still in a small pot shape, but shipped in a larger, more expensive sized pot.

Was great except I received a Lsu fig tree that wasnt even a fig tree and I didn't find out till years later when it didn't fruit and I had to research why. I have plenty of other fig trees for reference now but that was my first one so I didn't know any better

I had purchased two Benjamin braided ficus trees, and one has become glorious and the other sickly. I tried all of the methods and hacks the customer service team provided to no avail. I had to put a claim in against my one year warranty, and there was a credit in my account waiting for me to use, which I excitedly did today!

All have arrived in healthy condition and ready for planting. The trees that came in late summer were held in pots until fall planting - all have survived.

I've placed many orders for trees as I build my orchard up. Every tree has come in great, thriving condition, except one, which customer service has been helping to make sure it eventually thrives. I will not buy trees from anyone else.
