I am very pleased with my order from FastGrowingTrees! I ordered 10 2 ft. Tall Thuja evergreen trees and I received my order in a few days. The trees came very well packaged in a long box that had a label indicating, there were live trees inside that needed to be unpacked as soon as they were delivered. The little trees were beautiful and healthy.

I ordered a few trees from here but on my last order, one of the trees arrived in less than satisfactory condition (shipping stress possibly). Within a couple of days, I called and reported the issue. I was asked to give the tree a little more time. After a week when I was sure that the tree was not going to pull through, i called back and they replaced it quickly within a few days. This one is thriving wonderfully. They took care of my needs... so im one happy camper!

Interesting varieties of blueberries get my business.
However, I came to the site looking for a Blue Spruce. Sadly your price is more than double the price available at Bomgaars.

The trees I ordered were delivered in poor condition and literally were twigs. The pictures on the site and reviews do not look anything like the plants I received. Customer service was not understanding, but after having to argue my case and escalating, I was sent replacements. You'd think this would be the end of a happy story, however, the replacements were worse than the originals. I do not recommend at all.

Great products, fast shipping and all products are growing strong.

I planted per instructions and all the leaves fell off within three days. I am continuing to water and feed but it doesn't look good

The delivery was not good. Box stated lay flat... it was standing vertical and most plant had soil removed. Hopefully they will be ok

Our "LittleVolunteer" arrived in good shape. Shipping was fast. It's been two weeks and it has grown and has leaves now.

I hadn't heard of Fast Growing Trees and was a little skeptical. After I read reviews I gave them a try and I am so happy that I did. Blackberry plants arrived within days and are very healthy.

It looked somewhat healthy when it arrived. I planted it right away and even bought the rocket root fertilizer.

Very disappointed. I will be asking for a refund or for them to send another one

I purchased two peach trees in grow bags, a very big and expensive mistake. I received one tree that was fairly dormant, and another that was fully leafed out and had been previously blooming. It is still somewhat cold at nights here, and we got an unexpected period of several nights below freezing. I contacted customer service via the chat option and spoke with Alyssa. She was not helpful in offering advice given my concerns and apparently thought them funny or ridiculous responding "haha". I put the dormant one in the ground asap, but had to wait a few days on the other one. They clearly lost a great many roots when being dug for delivery. Ok for a dormant tree perhaps but not for the one in full growth. They are looking ver bad and I will be surprised if either of them survive. This was my last purchase.

I know it wasn't your fault because it had the right address on box but they were delivered to wrong address. So they sat it boxes on neighbors porch for a couple days until they got home. Hopefully they will be alright
