Easy to find what I was looking for; shipping was fast, and trees were well packed. All 20 trees were in great health. Very happy with my purchase.

My trees arrived sooner than I thought they would in good shape I repotted them and haven't planted them yet.

I was looking through E-mail and there was the add for trees and I checked it out and got not one red maple tree but two. I was very satisfied with the trees I got. I would buy from them again.

I ordered a goji plant and a tea plant.
Both were in terrible shape... I'm nursing the goji back to health and the tea plant died

Great website, very easy to navigate good selection of trees.

I did not realize I would have to wait 30 days for my plant to ship. I could have bought the plant at my local garden store for less money. Also the strawberry plants I received were in rough shape when they arrived. They had a lot of mold and rot.

So far so good. Tree arrived nicely package no damage. Planting instructions where very clear. Tree is planted and seems to be doing very well!

Pomegranate tree was awesome with one bloom on it already. The Strawberry plants have lots of Strawberries on them and still growing 2 months now. Can't wait to plant more and see them get big.

The order was quickly shipped and packaged well. One of my trees seems to be doing fine while I do have problems with the other one. The problematic tree was planted a couple of days later than the first and is struggling. I suspect it wasn't as well covered by the planting material originally. When I removed it from the plastic bag, the roots were not completely covered by soil/planting mix within the burlap and it was primarily on the top. Now, one thing that may have contributed to the separation of the roots is that the tree was knocked over by the wind a couple times while it awaited planting. Still, I would have expected that the burlap should have more securely retained the soil around the roots. I am also a little dismayed that there is no included 1 year guarantee for tree survival as many other vendors provide.

Superb transaction from start to finish! Trees came nicely packed and in very healthy. I even called to ask a question and found out that the trees even had a warranty, which I didn't know. Great business!

The Taylor juniper I ordered came in looking no more than a twig.

Have ordered 5 trees. All but one were good but the bing cherry came very wilted. Called the company about it and they said to wait 2 weeks if not better call the company back

Came fast and healthy, very happy so far.

It's not the company itself, it's the delivery process. Live on west coast and the delivery company is not careful with the trees.

I am not an experienced gardener. I really appreciated all the instructions and plants descriptions on the website. However, I found out later that apple trees, blueberries and raspberries I had ordered were very pricey.

We get our delivery and the trees looked fresh and healthy
