To me nothing speaks volumes, like a company that stands by their word. It lets me see the integrity and commitment they give to the customer. I was hesitant at first to call and explained the condition. But the FastGrowingTrees team, was extremely professional and very courteous to my situation. Their response was also super fast I had a new replacement what felt like the next day. It is truly refreshing when the understands the customers concerns and needs, and responds with the same. I will aways recommend them to all my family and friends first when they are looking for items to upgrade their lawn.

Condo Avocado, ice cream banana, finger lime, coffee plant... was all super healthy, larger or more than expected and shipped quickly and with care. Prices can be harsh, look for a deal or promo, buy more at once and get the plants started without waiting for them to recover like other nurseries.

It's so easy! My trees are doing well. I thought I was having trouble with one and they gave me advice what to do right away. My tree is doing well, I think it's the winds. They have ordered a replacement, but I think I'm going to keep an eye on it and keep them posted! Great customer service.

The tree arrived in good condition but the root ball was not packed in burlap and a lot of the soil fell away when the delivery person left it upside down. The tree is planted now and is doing just fine.
We are looking forward to seeing it grow and stay green during the winter months.

The black eyed susan plant is beautiful and doing well. The Lavendar however appears to be drying up and dieing in spite of my following directions.

Great Selection of Trees, Easy to shop and delivery was quick. Still waiting on one of the trees to take hold and start growing. The leaves were kinda crispy when it arrived, but I think it will recover.

The Jasmine was not a 3 gallon size. It was loose in the pot it was sent in and not the 5 star experience I had previously. I was not going to complain because other items I had ordered were great but after endless requests to review, I am tired of being pursued.

Ordering and delivery were terrific. The tree had a few damage branches and brown leaves but seams to be doing well.

I originally bought a cherry tree and 2 types of muscadine vines last year and was so satisfied that I bought a 5 in one cherry tree this year. I just planted it so I'm not sure about how this one will work out.

I found exactly what I wanted. The packaging was very good although one tree was broken about the top 6 inches of it. I planted it anyway. The roots were well covered, great planting and care instructions. This far they look healthy. Hoping they will take hold and provide beautiful blooms and foliage in the future.

Easy ordering and my butterfly bush arrived well packed and right on time. And more importantly, healthy and happy. I t already has some budding. It has survived the replanting and some late spring cold weather and appears to be ready for the summer ahead. I am looking forward to the blooms,

I have shopped trees through local landscape suppliers, through Monrovia direct, and FGT. The local guys couldn't commit to getting the trees I wanted in the sizes I wanted as they typically have to go to a supplier. I did buy some trees only available through Monrovia but they lost my order and would only deliver to local landscape supply. Their website was hard to navigate and fuzzy on the size as a #5 container can hold a 2-3 ft or 4-5 ft tree. FGT had the trees I wanted in the size I wanted, shipped as expected, and delivered great quality specimens. It's website is easy to use, clear on the size of trees you are buying, and has useful info on planning and watering newly planted trees. This was my third purchase from FGT and I highly recommend.
