I am disappointed that one of my plants is dying within 30 days of purchase and the only response I get is that as long as the stem is green there is nothing your company will do for me. The other 3 plants I purchased are thriving. I won't order more from you even though I thought you had better plants than most.
I just moved to a newly built home, and didn't know where to shop with a lot of places outside I want to dress up - - now I'm in a different zone and I appreciated knowing what zone each plant grows in so they have the best chance of growing well.
2 small plants of my 12 plants ordered did not fair well due to the 95 degrees that hit right after I planted them, mid May, and with a pleasant phone call and easy to upload pictures thru a text, they were easily replaced, arrived in 3 days and are now in the ground!

Not good. I ordered 3 6ft trees. The red bud died during shipping and I was reimbursed. The dogwood is good. And the magnolia is a 6ft twig with 3 branches and 12 leaves (yes I am able to count them).

Trees arrived in excellent condition and well packaged; after getting them out and gradually getting them into the sun they've all been thriving! Tons of new growth! And it's delightful how big they all are! Well worth the price for such large and healthy trees!
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
