I received the 10 arborvitae trees plus a free Peace Lilly as promised. All of the plants are doing very well & seem to be happy in their new home. Very satisfied & will buy from them again.
I bought an Ice Cream fruit tree and transplanted it to a larger container. It was set where it had full sun up until about noon, then partial sun to shade throughout the rest of the day. I'm not sure what I did wrong but about a week after receiving the leaves began to wilt and dry out. Unfortunately, I didn't purchase the insurance. "My bad!" I've reordered the and plan to give another try.
Any advice? I LOVE the idea of raising a healthy tree as do my daughters.
Loved most of my experience with this company. Easy to find trees that grow in my zone. The plants came packaged well. They looked healthy. They are doing well after a week.
However, I was given a free plant during the shopping experience. Added it to my cart. Saw it on my invoice. It did not arrive with my order. I emailed them to ask for an update on my free plant. The company has not responded to my email. I sent the email a week ago. For that, I am disappointed.

We received our trees and unpacked them right away. They were amazing! Full of gorgeous green leaves and thick trunks. We have already planted them and all the trees are flourishing!

I ordered a crape myrtle tree, scarlet crape myrtle and a hydrangea plant. When received the trees were ok but I'm not sure the hydrangea plant will make it. It was wilted and sad looking.
I received a fruit cocktail tree. It immediately started to die. Within a week it was dead. The company sent me a replacement which I was grateful for. The moment I opened the box the leaves started wilting and started to die like the last one. I am desperately trying to save it. The leaves get crispy and fall off without them even turning yellow or brown. I am not angry with the company. I am just totally disappointed. Out of the 5 trees I purchased, one (avocado tree) is amazing. The others are still alive, but small with no new growth. I have to admit the company has tried to accommodate me. But the Fruit cocktail tree with the burlap bag root ball just does not ship well from what I can see.

So far so good. I have not received my tree yet but the website and order process was good. The tree looked like it was dying during the first 10 days or so. Customer support team was very helpful, documenting my concerns and willing to fix things if the tree didn't turn around. It seems to have bounced back now and I am happy!
Easy to find shrubs & trees that are not common to my area. Lots of info on planting and care.
For $160 the tree that I received does not look healthy it has not responded to all the extras that I bought through fast grow trees to help start the tree so far wilted and does that look like it will survive trying trying my best

Everything went well, from order to delivery. It is a pleasure to receive the plants well packaged at your door.
The top of the tree was cut off, the limb spread was very narrow(there are only 4 limbs), and the root spread is not great. I suggest buying a tree in person.

None of the trees I have purchased (about 6-7) in the last year and a half ever survived. You can get a warranty credit to buy them again, but those died too. Just got two replacement cherry trees and those are already dying. Didn't pay for warranty on a warrantied tree because it's a waste of time. The trees I buy at Home Depot last. The FGT trees all die.

The first tree I received did not look anything like the tree that is being advertised or the trees that other reviewers posted. The leaves have all withered, very scrawny, and it was just a long stick, no other branches. So, I requested for a replacement, but unfortunately, the only difference between the first tree I received is that the replacement had more leaves, other than that, there is no difference. Even if you ask the customer service to replace with something better quality and better looking, they said they cannot guarantee anything because it ships from somewhere else. Not sure why they can't just add a note to whoever is shipping it to send a better quality and better looking one. I didn't bother to reach out again as I know they wouldn't be able to guarantee anything anyway so it's already a waste of my time, effort, and money.

I needed help placing my re-order for a tree using a gift card. The agent was very accommodating.
Purchased a Stella cherry and a Bing cherry tree. They both arrived looked great and well-packaged. We planted them a few weeks ago and they're doing wonderful!
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
