I've ordered six trees and a bush so far this spring and they all are very nice plants. The carrier damaged one tree and it was quickly replaced with another very nice one. I've recommended your company to several people.

First tree did not revive from trance plant. And was replaced. New tree has survived.

Ordered it and got a message saying it would ship the next day. Waited. And waited... and waited. After 3 weeks I called them and asked "Where is my tree". The response was that they were out of them with no chance they will get in more of them at that size and, "Didnt someone call you?".
Anyway, i got my money back but lost 3 weeks of the growing season.

Shipping was very fast and the packaging was good. The Thuja Giant trees I ordered were supposes to be 5 to 6 feet. Once planted, they are definitely less than 5 feet tall.
The Dogwood tree had a major limb broken off, but seems to be doing well so far.

My trees arrived and looked as is this as if I myself had picked them up at the nursery.
They came shipped in a box that was carefully packed so that they would not get injured during transportation. The instructions were easily deciphered. Overall I had a great experience shopping with fast growing-trees.com

I purchased a crepe myrtle last September but the winter must have been too harsh because it died. I called customer service and they immediately sent a beautiful replacement. It's thriving.
