I purchased a crepe myrtle last September but the winter must have been too harsh because it died. I called customer service and they immediately sent a beautiful replacement. It's thriving.
First shipment was frozen in the
Midwest. Replacements some of the best plants i have ever got via mailorder.
My order was processed as soon as FGT received it and delivered in two days. I planted the two trees I ordered within a hour after I received them, following provided directions. The trees were in excellent condition and showed new growth in a very short time.

Also, the two were to be planted opposite each other for landscape purposes. Now unable to replace the dead one and will have to remove the live one and find another option. VERY unhappy. Will use local nurseries so I can evaluate the plants myself.
I received my tree in a very timely manner. It was boxed perfectly. Looked To be in good condition. We planted it immediately in fresh soil, used Root boost, but I'm concerned it may not live. I'm hoping it's just in shock and will come out of it.
My original order was delayed by fedex, and the trees I got were damaged when they arrived three days late (by no fault of FastGrowingTrees.com) after sitting in a warehouse during an unseasonably cold weekend. When they arrived, I called customer care and they immediately sent out two new trees, and they arrived in perfect condition and seem to be thriving!
Site was easy to navigate and selection was good. Shipping was only 3-5 days and when plants arrived they were shipped and packed with care. Very pleased with everything. Plants even arrived with a few blooms and buds on them!

I received the 10 arborvitae trees plus a free Peace Lilly as promised. All of the plants are doing very well & seem to be happy in their new home. Very satisfied & will buy from them again.
I bought an Ice Cream fruit tree and transplanted it to a larger container. It was set where it had full sun up until about noon, then partial sun to shade throughout the rest of the day. I'm not sure what I did wrong but about a week after receiving the leaves began to wilt and dry out. Unfortunately, I didn't purchase the insurance. "My bad!" I've reordered the and plan to give another try.
Any advice? I LOVE the idea of raising a healthy tree as do my daughters.

Loved most of my experience with this company. Easy to find trees that grow in my zone. The plants came packaged well. They looked healthy. They are doing well after a week.
However, I was given a free plant during the shopping experience. Added it to my cart. Saw it on my invoice. It did not arrive with my order. I emailed them to ask for an update on my free plant. The company has not responded to my email. I sent the email a week ago. For that, I am disappointed.

We received our trees and unpacked them right away. They were amazing! Full of gorgeous green leaves and thick trunks. We have already planted them and all the trees are flourishing!

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
