Very good service they help me with my warranty right away

I ordered 5 lemon grass plants and only one was delivered, fast-growing trees immediately sent 4 more with no questions asked. Once they all arrived none appeared very healthy they all has brown tips. I thought it may just be from shipping. I waited a few days then planted them, none appear that they are going to make it, they look terrible. Not impressed with the qaulity of this $70.00 plant

It was easy. I like easy. They also think of good items to include in your purchase, such as root feeder.

I bought 2 Black Ice plum trees on March 12th they arrived fat and I. Great health with foliage! About 3 and half weeks later they drop their foliage. 6 weeks in I called and talked to their specialist and voiced my concerns. She told me to do the scratch test on the trunk and take pictures. I did and today 5/3 I submitted those pictures only to be told" it looks like they are dormant! I must wait until June before I can claim the guarantee that I paid for. I hope the trees recover and I can change this to 5 stars but at this point I will not buy anther tree from Fast Growing Trees and I would not recommend them!
I have bought bear root trees from other companies and had no issues! I have bought expensive potted trees from big box store and again no issues. Fast growing trees 2 trees both seemingly dead and I have to wait for them to accept the guarantee I paid extra for? Be Careful... Be very Careful with your money! Just to add I paid via PayPal so I have 3rd party proof of my purchase! My photos are more than 5M so they will not load! Another protection for them I guess! Again be aware!@

Had the tree I was looking for. It came promptly too

I've ordered around 20ish fruit trees and bushes from FGT. They are hit or miss (~20-30%). They are too rigid with their replacement process. For the price you can do better elsewhere. Compare these two trees, same price vastly different quality. One has been in poor health since delivery - What a waste. One has already given a breba crop and will likely ripen a second crop before frost. FGT won't stand behind the one in poor health since I didn't purchase a warranty.

My tree was dead on arrival. I tried calling many times but unable to get thru. I will never buy from this site again.

Higher priced than the local box stores, but a much wider selection. It's only been 3 weeks, and 2 of four trees do not seem viable. Haven't contacted FGT for replacements yet. Did buy the year guarantee. We'll see how easy it will be to get replacements.

Site is put together well and service is fast. Packing is pretty good. The trees and shrubs looked good. I had banana trees that had broken leaves after unpacking but shipping truck placed it over my fence standing up. They look good now after cutting the leaves off. I ordered a different great nain banana tree that had broken leaves, very dry, dark fibrous stalk. Not exactly what I'd expect but planted it, cut the leaves and hoping it grows fast. Chat is also a great tool for questions and concerns. I will continue to buy because overall it is convenient, fast, and the majority I've bought has been a good experience.

I ordered a Black Diamond Best Red crepe myrtle; it was packaged extremely well and in great condition. Since planting, it is growing quickly and filling out faster than expected. The tree has shown no sign of shipping or transplanting distress. This has to be the best quality tree that I have ever purchased. Thank you so very much!

Both trees I ordered from here dropped their leaves and shriveled up first 15 days. Not looking good and hoping they survive.

We had an overall good experience with ordering, delivery, and quality products. Customer service by phone was non-existent, unfortunately.

Let's see if the tree is any good for 200 dollars

I ordered two dwarf redwood trees (amberglow) they caught my interest with their shape and colored needles.

We had a great experience and the trees look healthy. We got them early in the season so they haven't put out any foliage but they are alive so I guess that's all you can ask for.

Ordered two forest pansy redbuds. Trees were delivered quickly and in great condition. Dug the whole dropped them in with some soil amendment. Watered and they look like they were naturally growing trees. Well done.
