Ordering was easy and the tree came in 2 days after shipping.
My first order was for a Persian lime bush in Florida. Although the website claims orders ship in 1-2 day, unless noted (no notation was evident) Florida law allows only shipment within state so the seller does a drop-ship from Florida which entails a 2week process. I had to call twice to get accurate delivery delay information - was first told they ship by FedEx (not true for my case possibly due to drop-ship; my order arrived by USPS and was delayed an additional day because USPS sent to the wrong transfer center). My second call provided the unwelcome news that the shipper creates the label upon receipt of the order the sipping company (USPS in my case) picked up a week later. The plant arrived in good shape and hopefully will survive.
Giving them the benefit of doubt, and because the first order arrived with a $10 discount coupon and I did want another item they were offering, I ordered a second time. Unfortunately the discount code they supplied, and which I entered at checkout as instructed, Di not work and I had to call again to have them manually credit my card the $10.
So bottom line, if you order from FastGrowingTrees.com pay attention to the claims and details of your order or you may be paying more in time and money than you expected.
That said, the packaging was good and the product seems satisfactory.
Received trees promptly and in very good condition. Planted as per instructions and trees are doing well. Very pleased with the whole experience.
I ordered 4 plants, after 2 or3 weeks I contacted them and was told they w3ere backordered and would be shipped in mid to late May. Last week I received an email that the plants arrived but were half the ordered size, did I want them, They offered a $10 store credit on a future order. I asked for clarification of the credit,, was it $10 for each plant or $10 for the order. This request was made over a week ago and I have not yet received a response.

Received both trees not in pots. Roots not established. Not sure about lilac tree yet but sugar maple was wilted and don't think it is going to live.

I thought the trees would have a few buds on them but at least they appear to be budding out now.
Ordered a tree some root growth fertilizer and a gator bag to keep it watered. The box apparently opened enroute, so fertilizer was lost in shipping along with a free plant they had included, maybe don't put so much in one box? Lost items were promptly re-shipped after a phone call, but was a bit more work to add fertilizer after already planting tree (supposed to go in bottom of hole).
Everything I have ever purchased from them has died, the warranties don't cover replacement. Very expensive

Received a tree that was questionably diseased. (Received notification from them that some of the type of tree that I purchased came from a nursery that was infected. My tree appeared to have had some of the symptoms). Fast-Growing Trees replaced it immediately. Have purchased many trees from them and this was the first time there was any question about the health of the tree. All others have been very healthy. Customer service is always excellent as well.

Got my order, not in great condition, plant (black pepper) dying after a couple of weeks. It was replaced with another plant but the main stems are already dead (brown/black). There are however several newer shoots. I have ordered before and I observed the same problem - packaging is not good. It is fine if shipping time is a maximum of 1-2 days. I am well experienced ordering live plants from Asia and India with shipping time of 4 to 6 weeks, so how the plant is packed counts a lot. For a starter, your plant comes in its pot but the pot with the soil and plant is not secured such that customers will receive the plant with the soil out of the pot and the roots exposed causing stress to the plant. It is fine if the box is kept standing, but your instruction is to lay it flat. It is common sense that if you lay a pot on its side, the soil will spill out.

For the money i feel the tree was too small and not what I expected. I was expecting a more Matura tree.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
