My step father passed away and everyone from my family agreed to plant a Hong Kong Orchid at their home in his honor. We ordered a Hong Kong Orchid from fast growing trees, but received a gardenia labeled as a Hong Kong orchid instead.
I am happy with the purchase. Trees were packaged well and shipped quickly. One of the trees started to lose leaves and areas started to brown as of it was dying. I contacted customer service about the issue; response time was okay but the person assisting me did not have the best personality or was having a very bad day. Customer contact could and should have been much better (reason for the 4 stars). I would purchase again and we are already researching and considering a few trees.
My dogwood did not survive. Leaves turned black. Nothing green exists on tree.
My evergreenn is doing well.
My holly came with some spotted leaves but now seems to be catching nicely.

They had Pyracanthas that I had not been able to find locally for more than 18 months. They arrived healthy, but were smaller than I had thought they would be. The plants are growing though, and I am overall happy with Fast Growing Trees. I would order from them again.

I ordered a fig tree, elderberry, arabica coffee plant and pepper plant. Everything showed up in great condition, except for the pepper plant, which was to be a Mother's Day gift. I contacted fast growing trees about the pepper plant and they quickly shipped a replacement (which is in great shape). GREAT support, and everything is thriving! Thank you!

I have owned corkscrew willow trees before but this looks nothing like them. There are only a few branches and they are anything but curly. In addition, the trunk was cut off and an off shoot grown rather than a new tree. It is not very attractive. Finally, after this one purchase I have been swamped with emails on almost a daily basis, as well as constant requests to review my purchase. I had decided not to leave a review since I would not be purchasing any more trees from this company, but they will not stop pushing for a review…so here it is.

I have recently gotten close to 30 items and they all arrived fast, big and healthy! So far all I've lost is 2 willow type trees, which they gave me credit for with no issues. I really love this company. When you can catch them on sale you really get a deal because the plants/trees are just as nice as the non sale price. I have made this nursery my number one!
I am still missing 2 trees, 6 tree care kits and the 2 wisteria that arrived have died already.

The photos do NOT align with the description and the latin name used on your website. Due to the description and latin name, I was matched with a tree that was not exactly what I was looking for. The photo looked to be what I was hoping to buy and the description and name matched, so I thought I was buying the tree I wanted. Upon arrival, I opened the box and discovered that the tree didn't look as it did on the website. Very misleading. The leaves were more green and the photo online looked darker and more purplish. Not what I was expecting. Then returns are not an option due to having to pay shipping costs to return item and the restocking fee of 25%. Buyer beware unless you are 100% certain of the product you are wishing to buy.

I received two cherry trees with no root ball just two sticks for a tree. Ordered on April 17, received them in a few days in very good shape. I went to plant them and noticed no root system, just two or three small roots, have to water daily just to keep them alive., don't think they will survive the summer, no growth yet, leaves falling off

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
