My blueberry plants died before I got any fruit from them. I'm hoping these will last
I bought this tree last year and it broke right away. I contacted customer service and they didnt help me at all. I was not given a replacement either. For discharge an expensive tree one would expect at least good customer care but they were very dismissive and they didn't care at all about my situation. I am only buying again bc I couldn't find the same tree by another company and I have one that I need to match for the front of my house. I bought fruit trees from another website bc of this experience. I am not buying from this website again.
We purchased 62 of these about 4 years ago. They were one foot then and now most all of them are 8 feet or more. Be sure to use root booster.
Last year I purchased six tricolor dapple willow shrubs. They arrived healthy and in excellent condition.

If they are not given freely they are not a true reflection. Now my review of this entire transaction has dropped precipitously. Bad move on your part. Plants received before, most where upside down in boxes, yard person planted them they have all lived for about 1 1/2 years, very pleased
Packaging is always done very well. The plants always look healthy and well developed. I probably bought over 50 trees and shrubs at this point? And only one died that wasn't my fault. Lol
We live in the middle of nowhere, so running to the plant shop is not a thing. I bought a few trees, They showed up in good shape. The apple trees didn't take and I am too busy to call and get a warranty so that's on me. We have two maples and one got eaten by the puppy. The other is doing well two years later. We bought several berry bushes and the deer and dog seemed to be in competition to see who could do more damage. I wish they had a deer resistant section. Maybe something toxic to Deers and Dogs. Not like killer toxic, just nasty enough to keep them from coming back I'd support some GMO's there.
The Meyers lemon tree was received last year, with one small lemon on it. The tree was planted last summer and by Christmas that small lemon had become a large beautifully formed lemon. I picked it at Christmas and placed in on a small sculpture stand on the kitchen counter for everyone to admire! Soon it was decorated with a bow, then small eyes.
My previous experience have mostly been Redbuds of every type but I got a Gojoberry a couple of years ago and it is phenomenal! All the Redbuds I bought for two other homes and they helped sell my houses. This is a new house for me and yes, I'm purchasing Redbuds again. Thank you Fast Growing Trees.
Have ordered several plants from them. Sometimes ( very rare) there was a problem with the plant being damaged and not growing. Their Customer Service corrected this immediately by sending me a new plant. Will keep buying from them. Very good Customer Service.
I have had pretty good luck with most of my orders. Usually well packaged, but had instances were the dirt was all over the box instead in container. Had a couple plants die. When I complained about bad plants shipped, your customer service team was very good about sending replacement.
Trees are slightly brown instead of green now. Arborvitae. One is looking really bad. I'm hoping they come back with time. They were planted last fall and watered frequently.

I received a cherry tree from family to commemorate the loss of a loved one. The tree was so healthy and strong, I decided to order some trees myself and they also were very healthy. I am happy with my purchases.
My wife and I are still just amazed how good the apple tree and the peach tree looks straight out of the box, and the other plants we ordered look good too.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
