Received three climbing hydrangeas, each about three inches tall, with dried, yellow leaves among some green leaves. The order of organic dirt had spilled from it's unsealed bag, leaving little left to use in planting. Lesson learned.

We have purchased from high end local nurseries and are familiar with what healthy and beautiful plants look like. However, for the convenience of front-door delivery, I went against my husband's advice and ordered several plants and trees in 2 separate orders worth over $500 from FastGrowingTrees.com with some anxiety. They arrived after about a week in narrow flimsy boxes. The $179.95 ginkgo tree arrived as a twig less than my index finger around (less than 1/2 inch) with spread of one ginkgo leaf (longest leaf on tree was about 4 inches including the long stem) from the main tree. The majesty palm was $79.95 with big broken and dried leaves. The smaller areca palm was $19.99, arrived as spotted brown, yellow-tipped leaves stuck on some soil and a dwarf compared to a beautiful, luscious, ~$27 plant shipped from Walmart (no flimsy packaging and a wider box for widespread leaves and branches; in fact, a single Walmart $27 areca palm got shipped in a bigger and sturdier box than our ~$180 ginkgo tree). Our At Last Rose and Cherish Rose tree were $99.95 each and had broken branches, small leaves, practically no spread for width and were dwarves compared to what we could have bought locally for half the price or less. Do not be mislead by the pictures of the mature plants and trees from this website or you could be regretting it when your order arrives. Also, don't hesitate to buy from your local nurseries because you can get nicer and a lot cheaper plants and trees, even from high end nurseries that sell big trees in the $700 to $1,000. My new biggest disappointment for our home!

I had an issue with my tree and the customer service person was wonderful. The call took less than 15 minutes and I received a replacement in a week.
Planted my $200+ tree and it did not take. Super disappointed since I have waited 5 years to get one in-stock. I reached out to support about 10 days in and I was told to wait it out. 40 days later I contact again because my tree is dead. Not a little dead. I'm talking fire wood dead. So now I paid another $20 to be able to have $219 in credit. We are kidding. I could have just been given a replacement the first time but they pushed me to wait. Wonder why? They now have $239 dollars for a dead tree with minimal overhead to replace with credit.

22 out of the 24 trees delivered were great. 2 of them are sagging and don't stand straight up as expected.
I recently purchased 2 cherry trees from the website. The shipping was quick and the trees came in looking very healthy. The planting instructions were very helpful. I already see some new growth budding from the branches and I am super excited to watch the trees grow in the coming years.

Ordered a clementine and put it in the ground two weeks ago. It looked good when I received it, but now it's exploding with growth. It's got several shoots that appeared and are now almost 2 inches in length. A friend of mine bought two clementine trees from a different source back in March and they haven't grown a lick. I am really at a loss as why that would be, but i'm glad chose fastgrowingtrees!
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
