Great communication with customer service. Unfortunately our first tree we received didn't make it but within a couple weeks and a couple pictures they replaced our tree
I was thrilled with one of my four plants, other three plants of the same variety came almost completely dead. I understand the risk of sending plants in the mail, but this was beyond acceptable leaf loss from travel.
The two cherry trees arrived in what looked like good shape, healthy. I followed the directions and planted them in garden soil within a day. After watering, they appear to go into shock and drop all their leaves within a few days. Not sure if they re still viable.

The dogwood I ordered was quite delayed in transit and died (not surprised when I unpacked it). I was sent a replacement which was obviously delayed in transit and looked a little better, but did not expect it to survive. The second replacement was also delayed, but looked much better and It has improved to little doubt of surviving. I am pleased with the last tree and the concern of customer service. The fault is with the shipper.

First order arrived late and with 2 DEAD PLANTS. This replacement was also late and the black eyed susan plant was dead SMASHED AND ALL THE LEAVES BLACK AND NOT CONNECTED TO A PLANT.

Trees were well packed and arrived in excellent condition. Minimal drooping leaves in the first few days that perked up fast with no leaves falling off due to shock, not one. New growth emerged in about two weeks and they all continue to be healthy to this day. Definitely exceeded my expectations. I have ordered from them again with same results. Highly recommend.
The first bush arrived in bad condition. I called and they immediately sent a really beautiful replacement. I think the first one had been damaged in shipping.

Ordered from the website and did not need customer support. Plants arrived as described. They were healthy and vibrant. I placed them in the ground per the instructions and so far they are thriving.
I ordered 3 avocado trees. Two of them came in one box. Fedex had no idea what was in the box. One tree had it top broken, more leaves in the box than on the tree. Made a call and sent some pictures, no problem a new tree was on its way. Had a single tree get lost in shipping, made a call and had a replacement on the way.
I've had my trees for about 2 weeks now, I repotted to larger pots and new growth is visable daily.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
