I planted the tree the day I got it. Planted it 2 and a half weeks ago and no life at all

They are very caring and keep in touch with you if you have any problem to make sure everything is alright. They also are very easy to get a hold of to talk or ask questions to.

Double boxes seem to get folded and breaks trees damaging them

I ordered a blue Wisteria from Fast Growing Trees, my first purchase from this company. I was a little reluctant to order because past experiences with other vendors had been disappointing (plants much smaller than what their site suggested, plants in poor condition...). I was pleasantly surprised by the good size of the plant, the quality of the plant, how well it was packaged and how fast I received it.

I ordered a Carolina Sweetheart Redbud. It arrived in just a few days, packaged perfectly, and in great condition. After planting, it did not skip a beat. I will definitely be ordering again.

Bought ten 1-2 ft plants. Good price and they were delivered very fast. I had only one that looked a little off color. Overall good experience. Just have to wait to see if they thrive.

We made 4 tree orders from FGT's and some were great. Others, like the Thuja Green Giants were ordered to be 1 to 2 foot, and all were 10" to 12", I also never got my Japanese Maple that was to come with first order, and my Rainier Cherry showed up looking mildew and found out was a fungus that spread to other fruit trees I've been treating now. Their customer service and shipping was great.

I received my Carolina Jasmine and it was about 3 feet tall. The packaging was perfect and the tree arrived in great shape and ready to plant. I have now planted it against an arbor and it has already started to cling to it's new home. There are no flowers yet but this is to be expected. I have watered, fertilized and it has sun for at least 6 hours so it will bloom in time! I have already purchased another tree from FastGrowing Trees for a wedding gift for friends and they love their new tree. Another winner in the books! I highly recommend this company and will be back for more.

The trees arrived badly broken. After transplanting lost all their leaves. Trying to nurse them back

My tree never really broke dormancy after planting except for a bud 10 inches from the ground. This was a 5-6 foot tree. It appeared dead above that bud. I called customer service and sent photos at their request. About an hour later I got a notification that a replacement tree was shipped. It arrived dehydrated and stressed, with three or four broken branches, but it's in the ground and perking up nicely. I will definitely order from this company again.

We got 2 shipments totaling 23 Thuja green giants, 2 apple trees, a blueberry bush, and a raspberry bush along with a complimentary Japanese Maple. All were packaged well and in good shape upon delivery. They were all planted within the next week and are thriving.

Ordered a large 5-6 ft Emperor Japanese Maple as it would fit the location perfectly. Received a Bloodgood Japanese Maple. Contacted customer service about the issue. They resent another tree... well, this one was another Bloodgood! You would think they would double or triple check this before shipping due to the error the first time. We ended up purchasing an Emperor locally and gave away 2 Bloodgood maples...

Deer love the "deer resistant" plants.
The plants arrived with some blooms and the deer loved them.
