(However tossed out christmas trees have been greener in the spring then this guy) believe he is is dead or dying. Wish i had just spent extra and bought local. (Wanted something smaller) so i ordered from fast growing trees. Too bad.

I had ordered several cherry trees. The order shipped fast and tracking was provided. Sadly the boxes were damaged during shipping and the trees had to be replaced. Customer care was right on top of it. A quick call and a few days later, another shipment arrived.
We couldn't be happier with the quality and professionalism of the entire staff.

I cannot believe this tree was delivered practically dead and in less than two days to tree is like completely dead all the leaves are just dead. Horrible

Ordered two dogwood trees, one was much smaller than the other despite about the same price. Replanted, and I am hopeful they will survive. Wait and see at this point. Plants arrived on time.
Received 2 out of the 3 trees I ordered. Made phone call and was shipped the 3rd right away.
My plants arrived and were packed very well, but unfortunately 2 of the containers were cracked and one of my Camilla's main stem broke off. The free lavender plant that came with my order was just about dead on arrival. After watering it and trying to revive it, it just couldn't make the journey. I think the damage was due to the shipping, and not the company packing process. The box it all came in seemed a bit roughed up. Overall I'm still happy with my purchase and I'd probably order from them again.

The tree came a bit unhealthy. The leave were dry and a bit wore out. Hopefully, with all the nutrition it will be alive once again
One raspberry plant arrived pretty much dead. Still planted but still dead.
My two trees arrived with most of the soil in each container out of the container. One tree had a cardboard piece to try and stop the soil loss but it was broken free. Either the packing was poor or the FedEx handling was extremely bad. I can't say which was the problem but my expensive trees are dead. I called and was told to wait until the 21st and call again. So, I loose growing time and am not sure what they will do. We will see as it's only a couple of days away.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
