Tree shipped on time and had new growth on it. So far so good.

The tree came a bit unhealthy. The leave were dry and a bit wore out. Hopefully, with all the nutrition it will be alive once again

One raspberry plant arrived pretty much dead. Still planted but still dead.

My two trees arrived with most of the soil in each container out of the container. One tree had a cardboard piece to try and stop the soil loss but it was broken free. Either the packing was poor or the FedEx handling was extremely bad. I can't say which was the problem but my expensive trees are dead. I called and was told to wait until the 21st and call again. So, I loose growing time and am not sure what they will do. We will see as it's only a couple of days away.

The plants are of great quality and came in good condition. One plants began dying after I planted it. FastGrowingTrees replaced it quickly. Would definitely buy from them again.

I was really excited about my trees. Customer service was great and helpful in replacing some of my first shipment as there was a disconnect in shipping request hold. The replacements however I'm still waiting to see if they are going to thrive. They seem lack luster and leaves are discolored and dry. Assuming stress from shipping but it's been a week and I'm not sure they're going to bounce back

I ordered 5 columnar arborvitaes. 4 of the 5 were smaller than what I ordered (the next size down) Thus, I was disappointed, but planted all of them anyway. All were okay on arrival, packaged well, and still had moist soil. I planted them within an hour after receipt according to their detailed instructions, scoring bound roots, using root starter, evergreen fertilizer, and nutrient-rich soil. All, so far, have made it through the transplantation shock. So, I am happy that I will soon have a barrier between my neighbor and me. I do not care for the website. I wish one could search by Zone AND tree/bush type as I live in zone 4b and had to scroll through many unnecessarily trees to find trees that will work for our brutal winter temperatures. The company was also sold out of all plum trees that would work in our zone which was also a big disappointment. I would have bought three Italian plum and French prune trees to add to our orchard.

I ordered the 3 gallon size fig tree which is listed as " Tree arrives in larger size for instant results Fruit-bearing size". What arrived was a 10 inch tree in a 3 gallon bucket. I spent $120 on a 10 inch tree, makes me feel like a fool. The bucket is taller than the tree, there's no way this tree bears fruit this season. I was able to go the the local farmers market and buy a locally grown fig tree that is about 2 feet tall and loaded with figs for $25. Do your research before you purchase, chances are you can source a bigger tree with a better chance of bearing fruit this season for much cheaper.

Easily found exactly the plant I was looking for and it already had 3 little figs on it! The site was easy to use and I was impressed with the customer service. We had a heat wave at the time delivery was scheduled, and they delayed it because it wouldn't have been good for the plant to ship at that time.

Super handy! We didn't need to settle… we purchased the exact trees we wanted & they were at our house, FedEx, in 3 days.

The website said I would get delivery in a couple of days, but over a week later I was still waiting for the trees that had been sitting in boxes at the FedEx warehouse for 4 days. When they finally came, they were both in pretty rough shape. One looks like it may make it but the other is completely dead, even after also purchasing and using the organic soil and root stimulator that the website recommends. Pretty disappointed.

I have bought lime, orange, Banana Cavendish dwarf variety, lemon from fast growing trees. First they all were delivered very fast and packaging is perfect. Next the plants arrived in healthy condition and I couldn't ask for more. I am one happy customer and will definitely recommend this site to my friends and family. I am planning to buy few more plants next year.

Shopping was easy and customer service was friendly. I wouldn't say they are plant experts though.

From purchase to delivery was very fast. Got a gala and honeycrisp apple tree, both looked great out of the box. The planting was a shock to they but think they are starting to turn the corner with new healthy growth. Can't wait until they can give me some apples!

Every tree I received had the main branch snipped off. I don't understand why this is. Having the main branch snipped off turn them in the bushes not trees
